You smiled up at the man you had come to love, your fingers brushing against his facial hair absent-mindedly. He laid with you in bed an arm wrapped around your waist as he chuckled lightly at your antics.

"Don't you laugh at me, Howlett" you scold playfully before hitting his bare chest. You pointed a delicate finger at him as it grazed his lip only slightly "I enjoy playing with your beard. It's not a crime, just how do you cut it like this? Is it a style you like to do or something?"

He rolls his eye's at you and sits up grabbing your hands in his larger ones with a half hearted annoyed look "Glad you like it but, I'd rather not feel like I'm being preyed on by tiny insects in my sleep." He said gesturing to your fingers that had been running through his hair all night.

"I thought you were an animal, you should be used to it by now." You joked and your head went back as you laughed at his expression the moment he turned towards you in disbelief.

"Now your gonna get it, bub" he growled menacingly as he took the covers off his person and although he stood suddenly in all his glory, he stared you down. You wiped a stray tear from laughing and your grin seemed to fade as he ducked down low as if ready to pounce.

"Logan" you spoke quickly, a hand out as you started to crawl off the sheets getting to the opposite side of the bed.

He growled low his knuckles white as he gripped the sheets looking straight at you, you chuckled nervously before frowning seeing ghat he was serious "I'm just joking, sweet pea. Knock it off." You warned him pointing at him before your feet meet the wooden floor under you.

You were just as naked as he was and about ready to run through he hallway screaming bloody murder just to get away from the animal in the opposite side of the room.

"I'll show you an animal" he roared out, standing tall and you paled.

He jumped over the bed, hands outstretched and eye's wild.

You let out a scream, your hands extending to protect yourself.

Scott's POV

I whistled lowly as I walked through the school's hallways, today was family day and all the kids were allowed to go home. Only a few of the older ones stayed, some becuase they didn't want to see their parents and others becuase they were picked up off the streets. However, there was no school and that meant they had a free day to do whatever they wanted. Most of them were outside playing so the school was quiet, which was rare.

I enjoyed it nonetheless, however.

But, I did want to spend time with one person in particular. My little sister, I haven't seen her however since yesterday morning which is odd since she's quite the early bird.

I shrugged it off for most of the day however but, I became concerned after seeing that Logan was missing as well. Despite my absolute hate for that conceited bastard, I was more than confused as to why he hadn't showed up to breakfast or lunch today. Usually, unfortunately on my part, he was trying to get my sister (y/n) to engage into a conversation but, luckily she's always been one to ignore him.

I've never seen Logan give up so easily though, when she rejects him he turns back to his beer and takes a swig but then they both leave together for some reason. I don't think anything of it, especially since Jean won't even tell me. She's usually red in the face everytime I bring it up.

I continue walking down the halls, some of the student dorms room's are open and as I glanced into one of them I could see one of the picture frames knocked off the wall. I understood that Professor had slight poor taste in art for teenagers but, I didn't think the students hated it enough to knock it off the wall.
