Just one call to start it all- a chandler Riggs fanfic

Chapter 23

This week has definately been one of the worsts. Not because school has been cancelled but, becasue Chandler and I still haven't even tried to talk to each other. On Sunday aka the last day of the Pittsburgh comic con was really difficult. Every once in awhile  I would look over to Chandler and see that he was already staring at me from his booth. But everytime we made eye contact I immediatly turned my head away knowing if I kept looking I was going to cry.

This week also sucks because well tomorrow is Valentines Day and well I don't have anybody to even spend it with minus my mom. 

Today school was closed once again, so I just spent my day in my room on my laptop looking through Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. As I was looking through Instagram I noticed a couple of the Chandler Riggs fan accounts posting pictures of him and girls he goes to school with. I know they were just friends but me being me got the urge of jeslousy bruing inside of me which I hated.

But out of this whole terrible week there has been a good part. When my mom got home from work this afternoon she came into my room and told me that there is a new movie coming out at the end of this year and they want me as one of the main roles.

She also told me it was a romantic/scary type of movie so I got excited. The producer told my mom I was going to be playing the main teen role and there will be another teen who I fall in love with but when my mom asked who they told her I will have to just wait and see which again sucked but hey I got another acting job aside from The Walking Dead which made me really happy

It was now almost time for bed because unforgunately I have school tomorrow. No more break for me. As much as I sorta want to go to school I don't because going to school means seeing Charlie and like Chandler I haven't talked to him since everything happened so I was nervous to see him.

~The Next Day ~

I woke up ready to start my day.I hopped out of bed and into the shower and chose a simple outfit which consisted of a Victoria's Secret V-neck with leggings and my black and grey sweater uggs with a grey beanie (EXTERNAL LINK)

Once I finished my hair I grabbed my phone and headed downstairs for breakfast

As I was eating my cereal I checked my phone and saw that I had one text message from the boy I last expected to text me

From: Chandler :)

Hey, listen I just wanted to text you and let you know that I am still pretty mad at you, but I am working on getting over it. I also wanted to let you know that the feelings I had for you are not really there anymore. There's this girl her name is Sarah and well I really like her we've hung out a few times this week and I don't know whats going to happen but I hope its something good. Well I guess I will end this now because this message is long so bye Krista.

By the time I was done reading the message I felt a drop of water land on my hand only to realize it was a tear. I always thought the girls he got pictures with where just his friends but it turns out I was wrong. 

I wiped my eyes and hurried up and grabbed my bookbag and my Northface jacket and ran out the door to catch the bus

Once I arrived at school I did my usual morning routine....

Go to my locker, sign into homeroom and then go talk to my friends until the bell rings

It was now 8th period which was the last period of the day and we only had about 2 minutes left so I was glad

The bell rang and I began to walk down the hallway as I was walking I saw Charlie and while he wasn't looking I grabbed his hand and pulled him into the empty classroom

"Hey what the hell what are you doing?" he asked shocked

"We need to talk and your not leaving until we do" I said crossing my arms

"There is nothing to talk about" he said looking at the ground

"I know its just I wanted to tell you that I am really sorry for everything and that I really really really liked you Charlie"

"Oh wow thats suppose to make me feel better."

"No"

"Well you right you don-  

he stopped mid sentence

"I don't what?"

"Nevermind"

"Charlie please tell me" I said walking closer to him

"You don't get it"

"Get what?"

"Krista you may not like me but I still like heck even love you" he said finally looking in my eyes

"and Charlie you don't get it"

"Get what"

"I never stopped loving you. Your the one who ended it not me"

"I only ended it because I thought you would rather be with Chandler"

"Well we couldv'e talked about it"

"I know I was stupid I just jumped straight to conclusion"

"Yeah I noticed" I said smiling which to my surprise he returned with a little giggle

"Listen Charlie if you want to and trust me when I say there is nothing between Chandler and me then I would like to give the whole us thing another shot"

"Really?" he asked shocked

"Yes, but one condition"

"What?"

"We take things slow"

"Deal"

"So we good"  I asked standing in front of him

"Yeah were good" He said while pulling me into a hug

We left school and Charlie ended up coming over to hang out and wacth movies it was actually really nice to be with him 

As I checked my phone I noticed I never responded to Chandler text so I just sent him a quick text 

To: Chandler

Diddo!

I sent him that hoping he would get that I felt the same way he did no feelings for him anymore and that I have Charlie again. But after I sent it I felt the urge of sadness creep up on me again but I shook it off so Charlie wouldn't become suspious. 

All I hope is that tomorrow is a good day. My mom told me we have to fly up to New York so we can atlk about the new movie and meet some of my co-stars so fingers crossed tomorrow is a good day and nothing goes wrong.
