Chapter 10

Irina's POV
The entire time I made sure to not even open my mouth. I don't want Jake to kiss me. That horrible person! I hate him more than anything in the world. We are in the car currently and Jake is speaking non stop.

"So Irina, my brother is going to come to visit today" he said. I looked at him and nodded.

"You are fine, right?" He asked and nodded.

"You look pretty today" he smirked. Damn this bastard! I nodded.

"Why aren't you speaking?" he questioned and I looked daggers at him. Great!

"Because my perverted stalker blackmailed to kiss me if I talk" I replied, narrowing my eyes at him. He chuckled, why am I not surprised?

"Okay. Your master gives you permission to talk" he says and I raised my eyebrow.

"You are not my master, monster" I said and crossed my arms.

"Let's see about that later" I heard him mutter.

We reached school and before Jake starts his nonsensical talks I ran away from him and his car. I don't want any brain disease. There was Jane and Elizabeth. Jane as usual all jolly and joyful while Liz also as usual, all in her nerd and serious mood. She's so different as an employee.

"Hey Irinaaa" Jane yelled. I smiled, she's so adorable.

"Hey" I greeted. Elizabeth winked at me once.

"Irina? Why did you come with Jake today? Wait! Is it true that you guys are dating?" She looked so happy. My eyes widened. Date that psychopath. Bruh! No way.

"No. Actually we are not" I tried convincing her from getting away from that fantasy in which me and Jake are getting married.

"How sad" Jane said. Why is she sad? Yeah, she wants us to get married.

"By the way, don't you have student council work?" Elizabeth asked. I thanked her and rushed to the student council room.

"Good moring Miss. President" Everyone said as soon as I entered the room. That was enough to motivate me.

"Good morning my dear student council members. Lets start the discussion for school's upcoming sports day" I said and everyone smiled and nodded in agreement. What a kind group of people we are here in the student council room!

I looked at every member of the student council who was looking at me. Where should we start now? Hmm...big question. The door of the student council room opened and Jake walked inside.

"What work do you have Jake? Why are you here?" I asked, standing up. Everyone's eyes were on us.

"To suggest some ideas to Miss. President" he replied. Suggestions will be good.

"Alright, then go on" I said and sat on my chair. Everyone were now looking at Jake.

"The first prize for the completion that is running, swimming and then, finally cycling should have the reward like getting a kiss on the cheek by Miss. president" he said. I blushed but managed not to show that to anyone and gave him a death glare. Everyone else were clapping. I looked at everyone and held my palm up. Everyone were silent now.

"And why will it motivate everyone to participate?" I raised one of my eyebrows.

"Think about it. You are the girl who never bothers to look at anyone even once. It would be only luck that could help a guy or even a girl to get a peck from you on the cheek" he said, a smile spread on his lips. I crossed by arms.

"Accepted but if I win. No one gets to even touch me" I said. All the student council members were shocked but clapped their hands. The first prize was finally decided. He smirked and before going out said nine shocking words.

"Miss. President, I will be participating as well" he said and moved out of the room.

Sports day was seven days ahead and so was my birthday and the end of final year students. Jake is going to end high school. Everything else was decided and I was tired as hell.

I got home and quickly moved out. Time for job!

I got inside from the back door. Elizabeth was already here. She waved at me with a charismatic smile. Back to being cheerful.

"Let's start work Rina!" Naomi said. I smiled and changed into my maid outfit. I moved out to work. The bell rang, a new costumer.

"Welcome master, hope you are feeling good today" I bowed and smiled. I stood again and soon felt extremely shattered. Jake Anderson! What is he doing here. Wait! Is this a challenge? Fine. I will show you Jake.

"What will you like to have master?" I being very charismatic felt victory is mine. Soon, I felt violated by the chuckling voice of Jake. What is so funny?

"Told ya. I'm your master after all" he whispered in my ear and then, took a seat. I hate you Jake!

The entire time while I was working, he kept just staring at me with that weird stare voice that I don't know from where comes?

When I was about to go home I heard the other workers talk.

"That guy named Jake is obviously love struck. He kept looking at Rina the entire time on just a cup of ice cream" Naomi said.

"Okay guys. I'll be leaving now" I said but Naomi stopped me.

"I need a favour from you. Can you please take care of the cafe and make sure to clean it as we all are going. Please help me out!" Naomi pleaded with puppy dog eyes which I cannot resist.

"Fine" I said and sat on a chair. All of them left me alone.

After switching off the lights I was about to change and leave but two hands pulled me. Shit! Kidnappers. My hands were now tied with chains. In came two boys who were having chocolate cake today. Christopher and Xavier.

"Rina! We've looked at everyone and we think you're the right one for us. Now, don't move or we will have to hurt you" Christopher said while Xavier showed me the electric gun. They will give me shock if I move? How lame! I thought. They made me walk upstairs. The room was dark and both guys were very close to me which made me uncomfortable. Then a thought struck me. I'm an expert in fighting.

Before the first guy could do anything wrong to me I applied force and managed to break the chains. Yeah! That's my power. Before I could kick Xavier, the sound of glass shattering filled the atmosphere. In came Jake who was looking furiously at both the guys. They both froze. Even I was frozen at the spot. He broke the window!

I soon recovered and kicked both the guys. Blood started gushing out from the lips of the first guy. The kick wasn't even very powerful. I rolled by eyes and called the police. Again, I don't want to be in jail. The police arrested both the guys. Naomi came as soon as she heard about the incident . She was already shocked and was even more shocked when she came to know about her window shatter.

"Good night Jake" I said once we reached home. I was too tired. Before I knew it Jake held my wrist and pulled me towards him. He hugged me. This time I hugged him back. I know he was worried.

"Take care. Good bye, I mean good night" he said and moved away. Something was off. That was for sure. I sighed and ignoring everything just moved to my room. I'm too tired to even think.
