03 : Pairs

"Good thing, our stylists dropped by some clothes. Knowing that we'd be all out from the tour." Tay says, earning responses from all of us.

Meanwhile, my phone was going crazy. Moments later, all their phones began going off as well.

I unlocked my messaging app to see that there was a new group chat with GOT7 and all of us.

Jackson : I came up with the name, you're welcome. I accept payment in forms of cash and food.

Jinyoung : Well you're getting neither.

Mark : Hey girls.

Yugyeom : We're at the company, with our manager.

Jaebum : Did all of you rest well? We slept after an hour of being in the dorm.

Youngjae : Coco wants to meet all of you! Come by when you can :)

BamBam : But Jae's scared of dogs, isn't she?

Riley : Ding! Ding! Ding! Correct again, BamBam.

I left it at that, keeping my phone into my pocket as I stared out the window, zoning out again.

Soon, we arrived at the company building. Where almost everything happened.

"Annyeonghaseyo." We greeted GOT7's manager as well as ours and the guys as well, of course.

"Oh. Annyeonghaseyo JYP PD-nim." We greeted as a whole as JYP entered the building as well.

"Ne. Thanks for being on time everybody, it's very much appreciated because I do have to rush off after I give this slight briefing." He says as he steps in front of all of us, asking for us to settle down on the couches at the reception.

"I do have a purpose, bringing both the groups together. I intend for both groups to have each other, to their advantage." He explains first, which confused all of us.

"With Seven Heaven's fresh off the trainee life vibe, it'll invite a younger audience. Meaning the teenagers." He starts, pointing to the girls and I.

"As for GOT7, most of your fans have been there from the start. From your Stop, Stop It days." The boys let out a few chuckles as they remember.

"Having the mix of both, will encourage some sort of increase in both the fanbases."

All of us had a mixture of reactions. I simply nodded as he explained, showing him that I was listening and that I understood him.

"So, please get to know each other. I don't want any arguments, alright? Leaders, I know you'll take charge of this. Enjoy yourselves."

At this point, it felt like he was our Dad, not really our boss.

That's the vibe JYP gave out. He was a fatherly figure to all those under his company.

"Let's head into one of the larger practice rooms and we'll get started from there." Our manager says, earning nods from the boys. I followed behind the Unnies as they entered the room.

I simply put my things down on one of the chairs, as I let out a yawn.

"Oh. Annyeonghaseyo."

The sudden greeting from Tay made me turn around. I bowed towards the now present crew and cameras that were rolling.

"Today, we have GOT7 and Seven Heaven together."

And as the man with cue cards behind the camera said that, we gave him our best reaction.

I simply clapped, giving him a small smile.

"Introduce yourselves please." He mouths. The boys look over to us, gesturing for us to go first.

"2, 3. Annyeonghaseyo! We're Seven Heaven!" We said in unison, bowing as we clapped afterwards.

"Come and get it! GOT7! Annyeonghaseyo, GOT7-inmida!" They said.

"Alright, today we'll be playing a game involving you guys to be in pairs," The man starts.

Only for both the groups to begin choosing already.

"Pairs, with the other group." He completes.

I looked over to them, unsure of what I was going to do. I was pretty sure that I'd be last pick. But, who cares?

"Mark, who are you choosing?" The man asks, bringing all attention unto him.

I sighed, looking away over to the door, waiting for someone to enter.

"I'll choose the lost little lamb." Mark says as he walks over to me, ruffling my hair. My eyes widened as I stared up at him.

"Annyeong." He greets with a smile. "A-Annyeonghaseyo." I greeted, bowing.

The girls laugh at my gesture, knowing that I really did not expect this. But of course, I appreciated it.

We waited for all the others to get into their pairs. I swear, if we had a moment to ourselves, just us girls, Riley would be ecstatic, seeing as that Yugyeom chose her.

But of course, we didn't know why we were paired up. We could be sent to a prison for all we knew.
