"Second task." Mark says as he picks up an envelope from the coffee table after we sorted out the groceries into the fridge and cupboards. I cracked my knuckles before joining him on the couch.

"To end the very first day of shooting, cook a meal together and enjoy having each other around." I read.

"Sounds easy." Mark says as he places the envelope down. I nod, as we began to walk towards the kitchen.

"But we have so much food.. What do we cook?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows. "Hmm.. We could do stir fry some beef and start on scrambled eggs. We'll eat it with rice." He suggests. I nod, approving of his suggestion.

"I'll make the rice." He says. I nod, grabbing four eggs out the fridge and cracking them into a bowl. I lightly beat the eggs until some bubbles began to form. Then I turned on the stove and put a pan on top before pouring some oil into it.

After awhile, the pan began to heat up and I slowly poured the egg mixture into the pan. I could feel Mark's eyes on me.

"Focus on the rice." I said, not even looking at him. "Yes Ma'am." He answers, closing the rice cooker and shifting the switch so the rice would cook.

"Smells good." He says as he grabs the defrosted beef and places it slowly on a pan.

"Woah.." I said with a satisfied smile as I watched it sizzle.

======

Soon, we were at the dining table with our stir fried beef on a plate, the eggs on another with our bowls of rice.

It was a pretty simple meal.

We were tired so we just wanted some sort of quick fix to our hunger. We sat down opposite each other and picked up our chopsticks.

"Should we feed each other?" He asks jokingly, making me laugh. "In your dreams." I said, picking up a slice of beef.

"Let's eat." He says with a sigh, as he starts to stuff his face. "Oppa, you know there are still cameras, right?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows.

"Yeah. What about them?"

"Nothing." I said, giving him a small smile as I allowed for him to eat happily. In all honesty, he looked adorable.

Like a little kid, getting an ice cream cone.

"Do you miss your band members?" He asks after a moment of silence. I hummed, lifting my head from my food to look at him. "Honestly, yes. I really do." I said with a small smile.

"It's only been about.. two months, maybe? Since all of you debuted." He says, which I nod, showing him that his guess was accurate.

"Time flew by, just like that. " I said with a sigh, smiling slightly. "You guys are really doing well. You're doing really well, Jae."

I blush at his comment. "Thank you, Oppa. But the credit goes to my girls. I don't know what I'd do without them by my side." I said with a smile.

"Aigoo.. Why are you so ideal? Even Yugyeom doesn't get this sentimental." He says with a disappointed sigh. "Oppa, he's growing up. It's normal for teenagers to want to be secretive." I said, defending his group's maknae.

"Alright, you're right." He says with a chuckle.

"You're growing up really well, Jae." He says, giving me a smile. I furrowed my eyebrows. "What do you mean?" I asked.

"Well, I can't say that I didn't know you at all, when we first met. BamBam was practically a super fan so he turned on shows that you guys were on, very often." He says.

"It felt like you stood out the most, to me."

I smile as he says this.

"Am I your bias?" I asked sweetly, as I tilted my head. He rolls his eyes. "Ani. You'll have to work for it." He says, taking up a spoonful of rice. I sighed.

"Alright, I'll work hard!" I said, giving him a wide smile. And if my eyes weren't playing tricks on me.

I swear, I saw a little crack of a smile break into his face as he looked at his food.
