Chapter 8 (Rewritten)

Hay everyone I've been busy I just got home from camping and stuff but I know I can update this weekend because of spring break and Ive noticed a lot of views on the chapters which is something I like seeing that people really do read my books . So I thank you all who are reading them and enjoy this chapter 😁

You were on your shift at Jitters when a recognized handsome man " hay handsome how have you been " you ask " hay babe just stopping by to say hi to my beautiful fiancé and get an iced coffee " he says. " could I join you after my shift too" you asked him. " why would I say no to you " he smiles. The look on his face said he was hiding something but what was the question. "What are you up to Lenny " you asked curious of what he is secretly keeping from you right now. " nothing why do you ask" he says before taking a sip of his iced coffee. " hm ok just wondering " you said now with a determination to find what's going on. You both sat there drinking for about thirty minutes talking about what ever subject came up but no matter how much you put that same question " what are you secretly hiding from me Lenny" he never gave you and answer if he gave you an answer but it wasn't the the correct one because you are one of the people that know when he is lying or when he is telling the truth but right know it's a lie to hide the secret. You both finished your last drinks and started walking down the street supposedly window shopping for what ever looked good but might or might not be stolen depending on how expensive or how much either of you wanted it. You both walked past the bridal shop where all the dresses are and when you look through the window you see a woman with "sunglasses? What ? Who wears sunglasses inside especially in a bridal shop? " you asked yourself. The person in the bridal shop looked like the way Lisa dresses except with a weird hat to cover her hair up sunglasses and a fan or hide her facials. And if you looked harder it looked as if she was buying a light blue dress a beautiful one to be exact well in hers and your opinion that is.
Well here's the next chapter I hope you enjoyed reading it sorry for it being so short n stuff I've been busy I mean really busy well thank you for even reading my books it makes me happy seeing people actually reading them but sadly not quite voting on my stories or commenting unless to give suggestions on how I should type my stories. I would never leave it that short of you guys if I tricked you feel free to tell me I would love to know so I * cough* can *cough* do *cough* it *cough cough* again what no I didn't say anything anyways back to the story 😉 Leonard finally pulled you away from the bridal shop but you still couldn't figure out why that lady was disguising herself  if she was going to be married in a week or so well that's what you wanted to do anyway be married to this handsome criminal who stole your heart and you stole his. But he always seemed to have a really good excuse for this week it was Thursday and it is spring all the beautiful flowers were blooming or already bloomed it was like the best time ( that you thought) to get married. " Y/n? Y/n? Y/n! " you heard from your right. " huh what?" You ask looking over to a Leonard. " do you want anything from these stores that you saw" he asks looking at you. "Yah I did see something that I wanted" you reply with both of your hands on your hips. " and what would that be princess " he asks with a smile at your response. " I would like I second ring on my finger " you said bringing up the hand you had your engagement ring on. " what ring did you see that you wanted from one of these stores" he asks turning to face you once you stopped walking. " no I mean I walk a marriage ring Lenny I want to be married already it's been almost a whole year since you proposed to me. I just want to forever be with you " you say knowing he's going to say something like "oh when would you like it". "Oh I'm really busy that week" .For what planning to rob a bank or something? " When would you like it " he asks. See you know him so well you nailed it. " next week " you respond. He gives you that weird "OH" face and you know you nailed it again. " ah I'm really busy that week" he says with a you can tell it's a fake pouty face. Nailed it! You practically read his mind. "And what are you doing next week that is more important than getting married" you ask with your hands back on your hips like " I won this one". " Lisa and Mick's wedding is next week " he says with that "will you buy it" face and guess what. You bought it. " See Lisa get engaged later than me and she is already getting a wedding Lenny why aren't we married yet " you complain. " Uh because weddings are expensive especially with all the people that will be there and you can't forget the food, cake, and recital correct me if that's the wrong word for that I couldn't remember the actual word for when you have an after marriage party with the actual cake and food thing so feel free to tell me. You know the experience" he says. " Ok Lenny to get this through your head there aren't any people that would show up for our wedding so that means that there won't be much people and that means not as much food unless you invite Barry to do a quick set up so he has to eat most of the food to keep his cholesterol up " you snap back. " Ok ok we will have the wedding next week jeez happy now " he asks. "Very " you smile before giving him a quick kiss on the lips
Ok guys this is where it really ends no joke this time I promise I hope you enjoyed I will ( will) try to update more often but I will be going to California this Friday to visit family for Resurrection Sunday ( Easter ) and I won't be home until maybe late Wednesday. They have wifi for me to update but I won't promise I will update while I'm in California be I will be hanging out with family. So don't go uh Rainbow Monkey why didn't you update while you were in California. You know what I'm gonna say " where were you when I said don't expect an update when I'm in California weren't you there when I said no promises?"
