John’s pov.
I had been in the kitchen talking to Jamie on the phone when I was done I turned around
to see Anna standing behind me.
“So ur finally awake that’s good I need you to take some meds that will flush ur system ok?”
I watched her nod her head and all I could do was stare at her I was lost in thought until I
heard her voice “who are u and where am I?” I took a deep breath then released it.
I studied her for a moment more “my name is john and you r in Austin Texas you are safe"
she studied me some before her eyes made contact with my eyes I was praying that
she remember me. Just as I was about to give up hope her eyes went wide with
remembrance.
“John!” it felt like the breath had been sucked right out of my body as my smile grew
wide I opened my arms and she came in to them “is it really you” she asked shyly.
“Yes it is me” I inhaled her sent as my heart grew bigger with all the love I had for her “I
thought I would never see u again” she cried silently.
“I promised u when you left to go with ur new family I would see u one day and this is the
day" I said quietly.
I kissed her hair as I gently released her from my arms.
“How did I ended up here and how did u find me” she asked I pondered that question for
a moment before I spoke.
“Well when ur parents found out you were missing they hired My security firm to find and
locate you” I answered honestly.
I sat Anna down in a chair then slowly pulled another in front of her.
“Ok Anna I know you have been through a lot but you have to tell me everything you
remember about being kidnapped that way I can keep you safe” I said as I watched the
color drain from her face.
