chapter 5

"ok so about the kiss" he started nervously and I laughed

"it wasn't a bad kiss Ty I actually liked the kiss a lot" I admitted and he looked shocked

"then why throw me out the window?" he asked

"we were sitting on a window ledge when you lifted me up I panicked I thought you were ganna drop me so I pushed you" I said and he laughed

"So you liked the kiss?" he asked and I rolled my eyes

"yes Ty I liked the kiss" I said and he smiled

"good" he said and went to kiss me but I turned my head

"the problem is I know you Tyler I've known you since we were kids your the guy who breaks hearts the one who is a jerk to almost everyone the one who is the stereotypical jock and a known player why do I always fall for the guys I know are bad for me?" I say the last part more to myself and he starts to protest

"you can't say it isn't true Ty I had to break up with Amber Kylie Rachel and Melissa for you and that's just in the past two month" I say and smiles

"ok I'm a jerk everyone knows that already but I've never been a jerk to you your one of the only people I actually care about" he says and I smile

"I think my hairs done can you help me get the rollers out and we can grab a bite then go see Vicky and maybe to the school by lunch" I say and he nods and he helps me fix my curls before we climb into his car which his mom had apparently dropped off and we got drive through McDonald's before heading to see Vicky and bringing her fast food cause hospital food sucks

"Hey Vicky how are you" I say as I sit in the chair by her bed and toss her a bag with her food in it

"I'll be fine I mean it hurts but I'll deal doc says I lost a lot of blood and will have to stay here a few days but other than that it's cool sides they got me on morphine" she says causing me to roll my eyes with a smile on my face

"look Vicky I'm sorry about last night I was drunk" Ty said and she smiled

"I know Ty you weren't yourself" she said and I sighed relived

"last night was crazy first you got attacked and could have died then this one here goes missing for like 3 hours and has the whole town going crazy looking for her we thought she may have been with you and or got attacked also but no she just decided to walk home threw the woods at night without telling anyone she walked all the way to her house" he said and shot me a glare and I rolled my eyes

"it's not my fault you all ditched me" I argued and we just talked as she ate and before long we had to go

"Ty I'll meet you in the car I got to talk to Vicky about something before she hears from somebody else ok" I say and he nods and leaves I have to tell her about the two of us even if there isn't an us yet cause she's a friend and I wouldn't want a girl that knows I like a guy to go after him without talking to me about it

"Vicky I know we aren't really close but I want to talk to you" I say and she sighs

"Your going to tell me I can't hang out with Jeremy anymore aren't you?" she asked and I laughed

"I'm not Elena that's her area I say as long as y'all don't get in to much trouble I don't care what the two of you do" I say and she sighs in relief before smiling

"It's a bout Tyler Vicky we may not be a close friends but I need to tell you before you here rumors alright" I say and she nods

"I know you like him and I will back off if you want last night he stayed at my house nothing happened though the thing is his mom came over looking for him and found out which means it's probably all over town now that we're together even though we're not yet and won't be without your consent" I say and she laughed

"go ahead and go for it Eva you'd probably be good together your the only one he's not a dick to besides I like Jeremy a lot and I know he likes me I think I'm going to give him a shot" she said with a shot and I hugged her

"Vicky your the best oh and don't worry about Elena she can be a bit judgey and a bitch at times Jeremy likes you a lot and I just want him happy" I say and she hugs me back with a huge smile probably shocked that I would aprove of her and Jeremy dating

"I got to get to school Jeremy will come see later" I said and she nodded before I left and got in the car with Ty

"Did you tell her about my mom?" he asked and I nodded

"yeah she took it well she actually said we'd be good together cause I'm the only one your not a dick to oh and she's thinking of dating Jeremy" I said and he actually smiled

"Does that mean I can do this" he says as after we pull into the parking lot he pulls me in and kisses me taking my breath away

"so are we going to say we're dating or let people believe what they want?" I ask and he smiles

"I'd love to call you my girlfriend babe" he says making me roll my eyes

"I'm not going to be like all your other girls Ty I don't care why you do it if you cheat on me if you hurt me in anyway I will fucking cut you and I will not hesitate to call you out on your shit are we clear?" I ask and he nods and I smile

"Alright then of course I will go out with you" I say and grab his hand and we walk into the school to face the rumors head on
