POOL PARTY & PAIN IN THE BUTT

Aimee's POV
We just got ready for the pool party and me and Rydel are so excited. "I'll be down in a minute! I need to do something!" Rydel says.

I give her a nod and walked out. Ross walked passed me and he looked kind of annoyed. "Ross?" I asked. He ignored me. "Hey Ross?! What's wrong?!" I asked, grabbing his arm.

"It's nothing" he says, not looking me in the eyes. "Did you eavesdrop again? I didn't mean anything I sai-" I asked, getting annoyed.

He cut me off. "Aimee, don't worry! It's about you! And no I didn't eavesdrop again"

I smiled a little. "Then what's wrong?"

"Courtney is being a pain in the as-butt and she won't stop texting me and calling me and it's getting annoying now!" He says, and I frowned hugging him.

"You didn't have to break up with her" I say, pulling away. "I wanted to. She cheated on me and she's telling everyone that I was the one cheating now!" He says.

I didn't know what to do. I felt terrible. "Ross, I'm so so sorry"

He looked down. "Now I know why you really don't like me"

I put my finger under his chin and made him look at me. "Ross, I know you would never cheat! You're way too sweet to do that!"

"Than why don't you like me?" He asked, sounding really disappointed.

"Ross, you're really sweet and you're really cute but I'm not ready for another relationship. I just got out of one and he also cheated on me with my best friend!"

He looked me straight into my eyes. "I know. You're just really beau-"

I cut him off. "I know. You don't have to repeat it"

He gave me a confusing look. "I overheard you and the boys talking" I confessed. He just nods. "Lets go swimming!" I say, dragging Ross down to the pool making him giggle.
