SHE WAS DYING & IT'S A MIRACLE

Bryan's POV
"What the hell?! Why is she awake?! She was suppose to be dead!!" The doctor says, picking everything he dropped. "Excuse me?" I snapped.

"I swear that she was dying. She isn't suppose to be here. It's a miracle. She's strong. You're really lucky" The doctor says, looking at Aimee who was laying in the bed.

I grabbed her hand smiling. "Um, where's her mom?" He asked.

"She went to pick someone up. She'll be here as soon as possible. Why? Is everything okay?" I asked, sitting down in the chair.

"Yea. I need to run a couple of tests on her but I wanna run it by her mother first. I'll be back in an hour to check on her" he says, walking out.

I couldn't help but smile. "Daddy. Aimee's awake!" Crystal exclaimed, happily.

I nod as my phone starts ringing. I looked at the caller ID to see Jess's name pop up. "Hey baby"

"Hey. I'm going to take a quick shower and run to McDonald's for dinner. Do you want anything?"

"Um you could just get me a Big Mac and a caramel Frappe"

"What about the girls?"

"Just get Crystal a 10 piece nugget with chocolate milk and April a double cheeseburger with a medium sprite!"

"Okay. I'll be there in a little bit! How's Aimee!"

"It's a miracle she's alive"

"What? Why?" She asked. I heard water in the background meaning that she just started the shower.

"Well, apparently the doctor said that she was dying. She wasn't suppose to be awake but we're lucky"

"Oh...damn. Tell Aimee I'll be here in a little bit!" She says, hanging up.

"Hey Aimee. Your moms going to be here in a little while. She's getting McDonald's for us" I say, putting my phone on the night stand that they had.

"Thanks!" She says, smiling.

"Girls, I'm going to ask Jess if we could stay at their house for a couple of days to help out, okay?" I say. The girls got super excited.

"YAY!" Crystal yelled, excitedly jumping up and down. Aimee couldn't help but giggle.

"Come here!" She says, leaning off the bed a little and lifted Crystal up onto the bed. You could tell that she was in pain but she didn't let her pain show.

"Aimee, we're going to have another sleepover!" Crystal says.

April comes in sits on my lap. "Yea but Aimee's going to be in bed resting" I added. "No! I'll be fine!" Aimee smirked. I playfully rolled my eyes waiting for Jess.

AN HOUR LATER
The door opened revealing Jess, Ross, Riker, and Connor. I got up hugging Jess. "How is she doing?" She asked. I took the food away from her. "Good" I say, moving out of the way.

"Omg Aimee!" She says, hugging her tightly. I laughed and said, "let her breathe babe"

Riker hugs her and then it was Ross's turn. "What are you doing here?" She asked, not hugging him back.

"I was worried about you and I missed you. I kinda flipped out on my family and I'm staying with you for a couple of day" he says. All she did was nod. She didn't say a word. I don't blame her though. The doctor walks in and explained to us what he's going to do with Aimee.
