Song for chapter: Battlefield by Jordin Sparks.

Dina's P.O.V.

"Tucka-tucka-tucka-tucka" I sit on the couch, amused at Tucker trying to feed Emma some green baby food that I think is meant to be avocado. Emma is clearly not impressed as she spits it all over him, green bits dripping down his chin and shirt.

I can't help but laugh which warrants a warning glare.

"Look baby, I ain't got anywhere else to be so I can do this all day" he turns his attention back to Emma, she spits it back at him again in response.

"That's it! I'm done!" He gives up, throwing his hands up and walking away. "Wimp!" I yell after him, "oh, care to try" He challenges. "No, I'm good" I decline immediately, "I actually like my outfit" there is no way I am going to get avocado sick all over it.

"That's what I thought" He smirks, and I give him the win.

"Oh My God! Moving is exhausting!" Bonnie whines, barging into the room while fanning herself with a small electric fan. "Especially if you are actually carrying something" Ben glares, entering behind her, struggling to carry the two large boxes in his arms.

"Coming through! Biceps burning!" Danny announces, pushing past the others to put the boxes down, "I'm not as in shape as I look" he rubs his arms, wincing in pain.

"Oh, hell to the no" Tucker steps forward, "what is all this stuff?" He gestures to the boxes. "Is she moving in here?" I ask, "she better not be" Tucker sassily replies. "Oh relax peanut, these are just my favourite childhood memories of the boys" she retorts, Tucker, frowning at being called peanut.

"Also known as crap she could not unload at the year sale" Ben chimes in.

Things were thankfully back to normal between Ben and me, we put the whole fake marriage and fake affair behind us.

"Not junk" Danny defends, "these boxes represent years of awesomeness" he holds up two trophies proudly. "Wait? Are these only Danny's trophies? Because I accomplished some stuff too" Ben looks through the boxes.

"If only they gave awards for making fake ID's" Bonnie jokes, Ben glaring at me when he hears my chuckle. "Don't worry, I saved some stuff for you" she hands him a small folder, "a picture I pained in kindergarten and a thanksgiving hand turkey?" Ben comments, disappointed.

"Well I'm sorry, I can't be expected to keep track of everything" Bonnie shrugs.

"Where are my college trophies?" Danny asks, completely engrossed in reliving all his success that he is barely listening to the conversation. "In the backseat, the boxes will be colour coded and dated" Bonnie answers, disappointed Ben more.

"At least she didn't save his hand turkey" I stand next to Ben, giving him a comforting pat on the back. "You framed my hand turkey!" Danny exclaims, pulling out the frame. This is the last straw for Ben, he throws the folder to the side and leaves with Emma.

Pulling out my phone when I feel it vibrate, not expecting to see a text from Connor.

"Hey, can we meet?"

I do not really want to leave because I love hanging with the guys, but I need to move on from Ben and Connor is the way to do that.

"Yeah, sure! Where???"

"Sunshine Café? 20 mins?"

"Sounds good! Can't wait, see you soon xx"

"Well I got to head out, see you guys later" I take my stuff, waving goodbye before leaving the apartment and starting to make my way to meet Connor.
