Your second encounter

Ladybug/Marionette's p.o.v

I was just finishing my daily patrol with Chat. I was about to go off, before he grabbed my wrist. Please tell me he just wants to talk. I think.

"Ladybug, I need some advice." He states. I nod and sit down next to him.

"I - I like this girl. And, I don't know if she like's me back. And I - I don't want to break her more than she's already been broken. Can you...help me?" He asks.

"Well first off....who is this girl?" I ask. He goes red. Please don't be me, please don't be me... I hope. He scratches the back of his neck.

"[name] [last name]." He half whispers. I mentally punch the sky. I smile.

"Get to know her. See how she reacts and works. But you have some competition - Adrien Agreste likes her, and I'm pretty sure she likes him too." I state before standing.

"Shouldn't be any trouble. I'm better than Adrien in many ways." He says 'matter-of-factly'.

"Oh really? How so?" I say with a laugh. He blushes really hard.

"Well, um -" I cut him off.

"See you later, Silly Kitty. God luck with [name]." I say before running off. (Get the reference? She's Ladybug and ladybugs give good luck? I should go home..)

Chat/Adrien's p.o.v

I blush a deep crimson.

"Well, um-" I start. Ladybug interrupts.

"See you later, Silly Kitty. Good luck with [name]." She tells me before running off. I'm still blushing.

"My competition.....is myself." I say as I lay down on the rooftop. I stand to go back home, whe I see [name], out on the streets. I thought she was at my house? I leap from roof to roof chasing after her, before jumping in front of her.

"C-ch-Chat noir!! U-um what a s-surprise! What are you doing here - standing - in front of me......." she trails off looking at me up and down, nervously.

"I heard what happened to your house from Adrien." I say scratching my neck. She looks puzzled.

"You hang out with Adrien? Adrien....Agreste?" She asks. Crap. I think.

"I - I meant Ladybug! I heard what happened to your house from Ladybug! Wh - why would I hang out with Adrien....?" I say. Reeeaaal smooth Adrien. She probably thinks your a freak now. I mentally slap myself. She sighs.

"Yeah......well - um - I gotta get going. See ya." She says before walking off. I grab her wrist. She starts to shake.

"Look - um..." I realese her and grab something out of my pocket. It's a silver bell. "If you ever need me....and someone to talk to or something. Just ring the bell. Alright?" I say putting the bell in her hand.

"What if...your on a mission or across Paris?" She asks. I chuckle.

"If I'm on a mission I'll be late. If I'm across Paris, I'll still be able to hear the bell. I have an amazing sense of hearing. Trust me." I say. I embrace her in a hug. She hesitantly hugs back. She smiles.

"Thanks, Chat. Your - your ok in my book." She says with a giggle. My ring beeps.

"We should.....we should catch up sometime. Good bye, Chat." She finishes.

"Please - call me silly kitty or something. Come up with a nickname." I say with a chuckle. She laughs.

"Alright, My Chat. 'Til next time." She says.

"Au revoir, [name]." I say as I run off. My Chat......

(Au revoir is goodbye in french.)

Reader's p.o.v

Why?! Why did I call him My Chat?! I'm so stupid! He probably thinks I'm super weird....

(Back to:) Adrien's p.o.v

I detransform from being Chat and quickly climb inside my window. I wait by the front door of my house. [name] quietly walks in. She jumps back when she sees me.

"A - A - Adrien! W-what are you doing u-up?!" She asks startled.

"I was worried. You didn't tell me you were gonna leave. You gotta tell me these things." I say before walking away. I hear a slight jingle from her pocket.

"What's that noise?" I ask, trying not to be obvious.

"Oh, um, I ran into Chat Noir on my walk. He gave me this bell. He said to ring it when I need to talk to him." She explains.

"I - in case he doesn't come, you can always talk to me. Alright?" I ask. She nods and smiles.

"Thanks Adrien. Your a good guy. I'll think of a nickname or something." She says with a light smile. She takes off her [color] coat and walks up the stairs.

"I should get you in a room. This way." I say following her.
