*****Niall's POV*****
I was so happy when management told us that we will finally get a break for a few months when our tour is over.
I really missed my family back in Ireland. Especially my mom. The boys always tease me about being a momma's boy but I dont care because I really am.
On the way back to my house from getting off the plane in that really crowded airport. While in the van our song Little Things starts to play on the radio.
Zayn sings his solo
"Your hand fits in mine
like it's made just for me
But bear this in mind
It was meant to be
And it all makes sense to me"
Zayns solo ends and Liam begins his.
"I know you've never loved
The crinkles by your eyes
When you smile
You've never loved
Your stomach or your thighs,
The dimples in your back at the bottom of your spine
But I'll love them endlessly"
They start to sing in harmony for the chorus.
Before I know it it's my turn to sing and right in the middle of my solo the radio turns off. great. So much for actually having fun singing.
I used to love singing with my best mates but now all that ever seemed to happen was for me to get cut off or not a solo from the beginning which actually quite annoying. whenever we sung at a venue i'd always get hate for being"the ugly one who can't sing".
"NIALL! come on we're at your mum's house."
I didn't even realize everybody got out the car until Zayn called my name. I rushed out the car into my home welcomed intoy mothers arms. it's been really hard without seeing my family for 3 months while being on tour in America.
"Niall honey look at how much you have changed since I saw you." my mother gushes. All that's really changed is my hair because I have a lilac streak and braces mainly because management forced me.
"Mum I've missed you so much" I started to tear up. being away from my family really does take a toll on me no matter how much I say it's okay I really love my parents and Greg. "How are you? where's dad and Greg?"
"I missed you much." she gave me a kiss on the cheek and said "don't worry sweetie they will be back soon."
