23rd Floor
Chrysler Building
I was shock by the moment that the mysterious girl passed out.
I cannot believe that the mysterious girl lost her consciousness. The moment that Jai Chrysler kissed her, she became insane in a low level. It seems like he's a kind of mentalist or something, can't say.
The crowd went mad and all was in total chaos. Jai Chrysler fetches the girl and went with his body guards. I lost them in the middle of the gossip addicts guest. Well, what can I say?
Suddenly, a young woman came and stood next to me.
"You're expecting my presence, though not here." Moira appears in a lavender dress and mask glimmering in yellow glitters.
This contortionist disguised as a rich woman. I stared at her for a while. I guess, she already knows what I am going to ask.
"Don't even ask about it. I used your money." Moira said and she walks slowly into the doorway.
I followed her outside to see that she has something that no other guests has. A gun. It was hidden behind a tall fern plant.
She took it by the handle and aim it to me. "If you try to do something stupid, I'll shoot you."
I didn't hesitate to grab my gun as well. I show it to her, turning this unpredictable game upside down. It doesn't makes sense at all. Why is she doing this?
"What do you want? I guess, more money do you? I don't have it right now. And if you think that I will not squeeze this trigger just because you're a girl, well, you're wrong." I said direct to the point without any flower words.
She lowers the gun and gestures her head, signing to follow her.
We head upstairs. We are now on the 24th floor. And above us, the rooftop. I don't want to ask a single question because it looks like that it is an important situation. She stops for a while and points the metal door using her pointing finger.
"There they are." She said. "Behind this metal doors, lies a helicopter. A private one. If you want to know what is the objective of that helicopter, see it for yourself."
"How did you know all of this? And why are you telling this to me?" I ask.
She just stares at me like there's a dirt in my face, though there is not. Great!
"One more thing! You better use that mask." She whispers and quickly went down the stairs. I tried to catch her up but too late because she disappeared again, so fast.
I didn't waste time. I stretch the rope of the mask to ensure that it will not fall. Here I come.
My hand touches the cold metal door as my left hand prepares my gun.
When I opened it, a loud bang surprised me.
A gun shot.
