"You do actually look beautiful." He reached down and took my hand as we walked out of Tipton Hotel.
"Awh, you too." I was never really good with compliments. I love them however, I can never reply without making something awkward.
"I look beautiful?" Brad turned his head toward me, trying to force away a smirk.
"Yes Brad, like a pretty princess." I pulled the most exaggerated smiled.
He immediately threw his head back with laughter.
"This Uber is ours." Brad pulled me toward a black car.
He opened my door for me allowing me to sit down inside before shutting it for me then joining me in the other side.
Wow that was way over explained."Hello, Jamie's Italian please." Brad said as he got into the car.
"It's closed tonight, sir." The driver said and glanced into the mirror to look at Brad.
"I know just drive us there, please." Brad said politely.
"Have I told you, you look beautiful?" Brad smiled at me.
"Yeah, and I've told you, you look like a pretty princess." I bopped his nose jokingly.
The driver released a chuckle.
"You better be treating her good." The driver glanced at me and Brad smiling.
"Oh- we aren't-" I started to confess we weren't together, but I was cut off by Brad.
"We aren't together, it's our first date. However, I'd treat her amazingly." He placed his hand affectionately on my thigh squeezing it gently then moving his hand.
"You'd make a great couple." The driver said again.
"We would, wouldn't we." Brad smiled to himself.
I just smiled like a mad person.
What a freak.
-
"Here we are." I felt the car move into a driving spot.
"Oh I thought it wasn't open tonight, sorry for the misinformation, sir." The driver turned.
"It isn't, don't apologise. It's just open as a favour for me." Brad grinned over at me.
"Oh my god, Bradley I told you to stop using your twitter verification privileges." I lightly hit his arm.
"Hold on." He opened the door and disappeared.
He suddenly reappeared at the side of my car door.
Being the opposite to himself, a gentleman, he opened the door for me."Thanks, Simpson."
"It's cool, Mills." He turned to the driver. "The money will be transferred. Thank you, have a good night."
"Are we actually the only ones in the restaurant tonight?" I asked, pulling my teeth over my bottom lip. I noticed Brad stiffen slightly.
"Uh. Oh, yeah it's just us. And of course the waiters." He smiled down to me.
We were near the same height, but I was still smaller - even with heels. Nearly everyone towers over me. Seeing as I'm smaller than Brad - you can tell I'm a midget.
We arrived at the entrance of the restaurant. Brad kindly opened the door for me first before shutting it behind him. I smiled after thanking him.
"Not going to lie, Simpson - I can't complain about these twitter privileges right now." I laughed as I ran my eyes over and across the restaurant.
"Jamie said he was in town - he also sorted this all out on such short notice as a favour for me." His smile turned lopsided.
"Wait so -- the Jamie Olivier is going to be cooking for us?" I let out an exasperated smile.
"Yeah, don't fangirl Riley. You know you love the band more." Brad joked.
"Are you trying to say I should love the band more than food?" I asked, my face dropping seriously.
"Well-" he started. However I cut him off.
"That's good. You know me well to realise I love food more than I'll ever love you." I smiled innocently.
-
"Thank you so much for tonight." I said as Brad opened the door for my exit.
"It's okay. Thank you for saying yes." Brad beamed.
"It was kinda a no-brainer. You were kinda my idol since I was in the womb. Wait no, I shouldn't say that. Damn, now I sound like a fangirl. Well, I am but - wait ugh no-"
"Riley, no offence. But shut up for two seconds." Brad joked. I smiled up at him as he took my hand and led me to - yet another - uber ride.
-
We were stood right outside both of our rooms. I ran my teeth over my top lip as I glanced up at Brad - who's eyes were already set on me.
"I don't know if I've ever said. But you are fucking hot." Brad laughed.
"Wow, a bit too much wine, Simpson." I joked along side of him.
"Damn, Mills, thought we were past last name basis." He smirked.
"Close enough, now." I scrunched my nose up whilst smiling."Goodnight, Riley." He leaned down and kissed my cheek.
"Goodnight, Brad."I pushed the key into the door opening it in a swift motion. As soon as I walked through the door I leaned my back against it closing my eyes shut running through every moment of the night.
A smile was plastered massively on my face - I couldn't even try to hide it. Brad just had this scary, yet amazing effect on me. It was amazing. Everything with him was, amazing.I opened my eyes again.
"Tell me -- everything!"
My eyes met with Ava's.
"Where the hell do I start?"
