Kino' POV
I was the first one, out of us five, to see Kai. He was coming toward us, with his face to the ground. I could see that he wasn't alright and he needed some comfort. So I poked Kaito and pointed toward Kai. He turned and looked, then got up and ran up to him. From the telling of his face, he didn't fell like talking at all, as if he saw something he wasn't suppose to see.
"Kai, what's wrong? Why do you look so shock," asked Kaito.
Kai tried to say something, his mouth moved, but there were no sound coming from his words. Just by mouthing whatever he was tying to say made him scared. I then realized that it had to be him doing. The guy who me and the others,but Kai, know and hate. However, if Kai saw that guy that means we have to explain who he is and us as well.
Ino's POV
Kino gave us a look that scared me more than any one there. Kino's look said it has to be him, the guy who we all hate, the guy who tortured us all, until we were almost dead. I became furious to the thought that he might kill Kai, and that he might torture us all again for running away from him. But everyone stared at me to clam down, because it will inflict on the nature around me, not just because of that, it was that we were in front of Kai and at school still.
Shiyoshi's POV
Everyone's looks gave me the creeps, because I haven't seen them all angry at the same time before, but I was also angry too, because no one knows what's going to happen to Kai. Everyone looks scared, angry, and sad all at the same time, for Kai, all because we don't know what is going to happen next.
Kaito's POV
Everyone was silent at the table, where we were all having lunch until Kai came back. I was his second friend after Kino, so I understand his emotion and feelings too. But what I don't understand is, why is Kai the only person that likes us for us, why doesn't he question us like all of the other people does, why doesn't he ask about our family like we did to him and why is he so strong on difficult situation that happens to him? There are more qquestions I want to ask him but I just can't bring myself to ask him any of them. But this time, I can't hold any of them back now, I have to know what happened at the hospital.
School was now over, and it was my perfect time to ask him who or what he saw. We all went to the park because Kai didn't feel like going home. Kai was sitting on the swings, still looking down, in horror, while the rest of us just sat around him. I was about to ask him some questions, until I felt his presence, the guy who we all hated.
Kai's POV
Since I didn't talk all day my friends followed me to the park. I sat on the swings not daring to look up at my closest friends, But something was also wrong,it didn't feel right at all right now. So I looked up at my friends faced and saw fear. They all looked around, like there was someone watching us. When they all had their backs to me, the same guy who I saw in my sisters hospital room appeared in front of me. He scared me so I fell backward yelling. My friends all turned around and their eyes started to widen. Then came running toward me but hit something hard that we all couldn't see, but they seem to know what it was and started pounding on it.
The guy in front of me smirked and put out his hand and said, "Need a hand, Kai?"
I started to get scared. How did he know my name? Who exactly is this guy? So I looked at his hand and then back to his face, still smirking. But then his smirk disappeared and put down his hand. He looked around at my friends and smirked at them.
"Don't worry, I won't do anything to you precious little friend. And plus why would I, he's my nephew, by blood," said the guy.
I started to get confused, but then I saw a scare on his right hand. I started to realize who he was and said, "Uncle Ichigo? My dad's side younger brother, Ichigo?"
He took off his long cape and smiled at all of us. With the snap of his fingers, the wall between us and my friends disappeared. My friends came to help me, but they glared at Ichigo.I didn't know what's happening right now, the anger in my friends eye's to my uncle Ichigo gave me the creeps. All of a sudden the ground around us started to rumble, the wind started to pick up, vines started to grow out of the ground, flicker of fires was around us and water from the sprinkler started to fly around us too.
Hikaru's POV
Whatever this guy was saying to Kai worked, due to that barrier we couldn't hear them talk at all. Although, I'm not scared of this guy, I'm scared of Kai, because I'm scared that he might turn out like all of my other friends, before I became his friend with the others. I don't want to be hated from him nor do the others, we care about him a lot and get scared when he might be in trouble. But now, here we all are, promised each other that we wouldn't show our secret side that almost no one knows of, if front of Kai, because we're scarred of losing him as a friends.
Kaito's POV
That monster said something to Kai that I counldn't hear. The barrier that he put up was a sound proof barrier, whoever inside could hear out side but the ones outside can't hear anything inside at all. Everyone was angry because that monster, no feelings except for hate, is standing there in front of Kai. I was the first one to strike at him. Without doing anything, he was able to stop everything and put an gravity weight on us, but Kai.
Kai's POV
My eye's widen when my friends all went to the ground on their knees. The looks in their eyes were pain. I wanted to do something, but I couldn't, Icouldn't believe what was happening. My uncle Ichigo walked forward but stopped, my friends were forcing themselves up. His eye's widen then squinted, a smile crepes up his face and now he looked scary.
"You all must be really god friends with Kai, to stand up to my force of gravity," said Ichigo.
"We'll never go down if Kai is in trouble," said Ino.
I got confused against and asked," What do you mean Ino? Do you guys know him, my uncle, from my dad's side?"
The gravity on them seemed to lift, they all turned around in a questionable look at me. Behind them my uncle Ichigo started to laugh. still with the same looks, they all turned around, then back at me. Also from their looks, I could tell that they were comparing us both and saw that we both looked very different.
"Kai you know this guy," asked Shiyoshi.
"What do you mean, your uncle Ichigo," asked Kino.
"It's exactly what I mean, he's my uncle from my fathers side, I've only meet him once, at my parents funeral. After that only my mother's side of the family took care of me and my sister. I don't know much of my dad's side of the family, but all I know is that, they tried to avoid us, but at the same time they were not trying to too. So basically, this is the first time I've talked to my father side of the family.
Ichigo laughed and everybody looked at him, " I'm guessing your father was right, you don't judged a person by their looks but by their personality. But I'm impressed, you out of all people, were able to become friends with the five earth spirits, or your friends here."
Every bodies head went up in surprise, and Kino said, "How can you be saying that? Isn't Kai you nephew, you shouldn't be saying something you'll regret. If he knew of your nature, he'll not like you at all like us."
"Regret? Ha-ha, why would I regret, if I want him, Kai, to be your new master," said Ichigo.
