Jin looks around the place in amazement. "I think we found the one, Joonie." He says, still in complete awe. The orphanage was at least 200 times nicer looking than the others they visited.
"I do too..." Namjoon says.
"Hello! Namjoon and Jin, correct?" A young woman asks as she walks up to the two men.
"Yep!" Jin says, his normal joyous tone rings Throughout the hall.
"Awesome. Just follow me to my office so you can choose one of our boys." She says. She leads the two to the back of the building to a little office. They sit across from a neat desk with a window behind it. Jin smiled as he saw young boys of various ages running around playing.
"Aw, Joonie look at how cute they all are..." Jin says, tugging at his sleeve. The woman chuckles and opens up her computer.
"Okay, guys. So we have a lot of different boys who are different ages and race, personality, interests. Is there anything specifically you're looking for in a boy?"
"A passion for music is a must have. You see, we grew up with music and it's been our thing for the past couple of years." Namjoon points out. The woman smiles.
"Alright. Do you want to have a boy that's Korean like you are?" She asks. The two seemed to nod in unison. "Awesome. I can only think of one boy. He's been here for a while because other parents overlooked him...I feel bad for the poor thing. He didn't make any friends, he doesn't talk to many people. All he really does is play basketball, piano, write, listen to music. He's quiet but he's really talented. I feel like you'd like him. His name is Min Yoongi." A wide smile plasters on Jins face.
"He sounds perfect." He says, holding onto Namjoon's hand.
"Awesome. I'll go get him. Go ahead and wait in the meeting room so you could get to know him." The woman says. She leads them to the small room and walks out to the backyard. There, they saw who must have been Min Yoongi. He was outside in the basketball court. He was playing basketball alone. He seemed to be really good. They see the woman walk up to the boy in the black hoodie and tap his shoulder. The boy turns around and his eyes widen. He points to himself as the woman nods. Min Yoongi nods softly and puts the basketball away, following the woman inside. It was obvious he'd never had a meeting request before. The boy steps into the room and sits across from the two men.
"Hi! What do you go by?" Jin asks. Min Yoongi looks awkwardly down.
"Uh...Yoongi." He says quietly.
"Alright. Yoongi, I'm Namjoon and this is my husband, Jin." Yoongi slightly bows his head. "So we heard you listen to music an write. What do you listen to and what do you write?" Yoongi kinda glances down again.
"Hip-hop...I write song lyrics too...I rap..." Namjoon smiles like an idiot.
"I listen to hip-hop and rap too. I write a bit of lyrics myself. Do you mind rapping one of your songs for me?"
"Sure...I wrote this around the time I got here. It's called The Last." He says before he starts rapping. The two men were taken back by his voice.
"How old are you again?" Jin asks.
"I'm 16..." Jin reaches over to touch Yoongis hand.
"Would you like to be apart of our family?" Yoongis eyes widen a bit as tears dwelled in his eyes.
"Yeah...I'd like that..." Namjoon stands up and goes back into the woman's office.
"Do we need to fill out any paperwork while Yoongi packs up?"
