Chapter 55

*Sofia’s POV*

I ran as fast as I can. Why? Why does he care about me? Why does he want to know? I don't get it.

"Sofia stop!" I heard.

I didn't bother turning around. I saw the exit sign and I ran towards the door. Before I got to it, somebody blocked my way.

I looked up and saw Luke. What is he doing here?

"Luke, why are you here?" I asked.

"I saw you run out and I was worried. Why did you run away?" He said.

"What about the boys and the concert?"

"They're covering for me. Now, why were you running away?" He asked again.

"I don't know. I felt guilty, those lyrics that you were singing it seemed like you were talking to me. I just felt really bad. I'm sorry, Luke."

"Don't be sorry. In fact, I should be the one saying sorry for pushing you into telling me about your cuts. I wasn't thinking I'm really...."

I cut him off by kissing his lips. I felt sparks and butterflies. I then snapped back into reality. What did I just do?

"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to I.."

I got caught off again by a pair of soft lips. I put my arms around Luke’s neck. I felt happy. We then pulled apart and we looked at each other. I was speechless. All I could say is...

"That kiss was amazing." I said.

"Yeah, it was." he said.

"Look, Sofia, you don’t have to say sorry for kissing me. I've always wanted to kiss those pink soft lips." Luke said.

I smiled and I gave him a quick peck on the lips.

"You need to go back. They're waiting for you." I said.

"Ok. I'll see you in a bit, yeah?" He said.

"Yeah." I said.

Luke lets go of me and he ran back to the stage. I looked down and I bit my lips. I was just replaying that moment, it was just perfect. It's something that I couldn't explain.

"What was that about?" I heard someone say.

I looked up and saw Niall standing there with a concern look.

"You saw that, didn't you." I said.

"Yes, so now you and Luke are a thing or it just happened?" He asked.
