The large black ford rolled its way down the street on the outskirts of Washington D.C. Puffy grey cumulonimbus clouds covered the sky, hinting at snow. The women in the car peered out the window towards the clouds, wondering when it would start. She tapped her fingers to the beat of 'Sweet Dreams' against the wheel while it played from the radio.

In the rearview mirror, the elementary school was fading from view. The woman had just stopped her eight year old child off for school, and now she was off to her day job.
She reached her arm back to the backseat and grabbed her black clothes.

The woman currently wore light blue jeans with a white t-shirt, and an apron which was tied around her torso "Auto" she spoke towards the dashboard of her car.

"Auto" the car repeated back to her, suddenly shifting to autopilot. The wheel spun and the pedals worked all by themselves. She removed her apron and t-shirt, slipping the spandex long sleeved shirt over her shoulders. Her agencies logo plastered on both shoulders. She removed her jeans and lifted her hips up off the seat to pull up the black spandex pants. Last but not least she wrapped a utility belt around her waist.

"Alright let me take it over" the women said, gaining control of the wheel again.
Just then, the phone connected to the dashboard rang out. She rolled her bright blue eyes and tapped the green answer button "what up Philly Cheese?" She asked, knowing that number of the caller.

"You're late" Phil Coulson replied through the speakers "any reason why?"

"I had to drop mi Hija Bonita off at her school, I'm on my way now" The women changed lanes as a small flurry began to drop from the grey skies "besides, a kidnapped Chancellor of Germany can wait for my daughter to be at school before being rescued" she smirked, turning down another street. Second by second the snow got thicker. She flipped on her wipers.

"I'm glad you think so Agent Carter, now just hurry along. Director Fury is becoming impatient"

"Impatient? With me?" Agent Carter scoffed "what's new?"

"Have you picked up Agent Morgan yet?" Phil asked with a sigh, sounding tired.

"Not yet... wait, yes. I'm about to" Agent Carter could see a figure sitting cold on a bus station bench. His hands were buried in his pocket as snow settled over his hood "You know Phil, for a man who's been around like forever, he really doesn't know how to keep up with style" Agent Carter shook her head in disappointment.

"I'll see you in Germany, Tara" Phil almost rolled his eyes before saying his goodbyes "good luck"

"You too, Phillip" Tara tapped the red button on the dash to end the call before pulling up to the side of the road, parallel to the bus station. She rolled down her tinted windows, feeling the snow blow in "hey old man!" She called, gaining Agent Morgans attention. He glanced up, pulling his hood down slightly "need a lift?"

"Took you long enough" Henry Morgan grumbled as he fidgeted with the seat belt once he sat down "I was freezing my ass off out there"

"Well that's what you get for wearing a coat from the 20's" Tara cranked up the heat in the car to 80 degrees.

"It was the 80's, thank you very much" Henry finally clicked the belt into place "put on your seat belt Tara, it's the law" he noticed that her belt wasn't secure around her front.
Tara rolled her eyes.

"Alright Mom" she said, but didn't put it on.

"Well when we get in an accident and you die, don't come crying to me"
