The next morning, Andy woke up to somebody knocking on her door. She slowly got her self out of bed, threw on one of Sams old T-shirts, and quickly went to answer the door.
When she opened the door, she was not expecting to see Sam Swarek on the other side. He was sporting a very happy smile, two mugs of coffee, and a bag with some blue berry muffins.
"Good Morning McNally" said Sam.
"What do you want, Swarek?" she replied back.
Swarek? Ouch, he thought.
before Sam could say another word, Andy started talking again.
"Why are you staring at me?"
"Because you're wearing my shirt"
It finally dawned on her that she was standing infront of Sam, with only his T-shirt on.
Sam"s smile widened when he noticed her blushing. That was a sight he missed... Him making her blush. God how he loved this women.
"So, are you going to let me in, or do I have to stand in your hallway all day?"
"That depends... What're you doing here?"
"Isn't it obvious? I'm bringing you breakfast, and a ride to work,"
He prayed to god that she didnt turn down his peace offering. Yes it stung that she diidn't show up at the Penny, but has been horrible to her in the last 6 weeks. Not to mention, she held a bomb yesterday, he probably wouldn't have shown up at the Penny either. Up until last night, while he was laying in bed, he realized he has the worst timing of anybody he knows.
He wants Andy back, and he knows he has a long road a head of him, but he is going to get her back if its the last thing he does.
"Yes, a ride woould be nice."
Sam is practically jumping with Joy.
YES, he thinks... It's a start.
