Part 3: Rap

"Everyone who wants to participate please gather in the circle of the dance floor. We will begin with our first battle. Let me remind you that you can only enter in one competition tonight".

"What kind of competition is this?" I asked Chaeyoung(from Twice).

"Rap u in?" she asked.

"Yeah let's do it" we made our way to the center. I looked around and saw my members from Blackpink cheering me on from the sidelines so I walked towards them.

"Lalice don't you want to join the rap battle?" I asked.

Lisa replied, "Nah I would rather do the dance one".

"Oh okay. Bye girls wish me luck" and I waved goodbye.

I was gonna go back to the center when I noticed that no one from Big Bang was in the center. I walked up to GD sunbae.

"Jiyong why isn't anyone from your group rapping?"

"All us older groups want to see who's the next big thing. We want the younger groups to compete".

I looked around and realized that only the young and newer groups were participating. It was only me, Chaeyoung, and Irene for the girls.

"Oh okay".

"Good luck Jen make us proud".

I nodded and headed back over to Chaeyoung.

"Do we have all the contestants?....Alright let's get started. We will have two girls compete first: Irene and Chaeyoung".

Everyone applauded as the girls got into position. They were given a random rap song. Chaeyoung started off then Irene continued. It was evident that Chaeyoung didn't really know the lyrics well but Irene did. Irene was the winner of that battle.

"Next Jackson and Taeyong. The guys shook hands and started. They picked a yg song. Taeyong started the rap off. I remember him from my trainee days. We would see each other every once in awhile at company parties and such but I don't really know him. I do know he's a good rapper. He's got the swag and style which is surprising coming from a sm rapper. He killed it and easily beat Jackson.

"Final battle: Jennie and Irene"
Crap. It's my turn I went on stage. I looked at my members who were mouthing fighting. I took a deep breath and looked at my opponent. Irene from Red Velvet. Although my group is new I guess you could say that Red Velvet is our biggest rival. Twice is too but we're really close and there's no bad blood. With Red Velvet though, their is. First sm and yg are rivals so we're automatically rivals. Second, I know Irene from when I went to high school. She was one the queen bees, very full of herself and made others do her work. Now here she is a rapper too. After I've put my everything into making a career for myself someone like her has the same one. She doesn't even deserve it. I've never wanted to win something so bad. The music started. Automatically I knew it was anthem by Ikon. Irene started off. She looked confident and knew the lyrics but she rapped almost in a cutely manner. Then it was my turn. I begin to rap Bobby's part. I moved around the floor showing my charisma. I could see a lot of people looking shocked. I knew I was killing it even Irene looked a little shocked.
