I looked down into my lap as Wilmer walked into the room, looking at me slightly confused as I wiped the tears from my eyes.

"I'm moving back to Texas" Was all I said, not even being able to look up at the man as I fiddled with my already short fingernails. "I thought I could do this. I thought I could do fame, I thought I could do Hollywood...But I can't"

"What does that mean for us?" He asked, curiosity lacing his concerned voice.

I let out a heavy breath, "As long as I'm with you, I'll always be in the spotlight. I don't want that"

"So you're just going to leave?"

I nodded, finally lifting my head to see he was now crying as well. "I need to"

"I love you though..."

"You'll find someone who is better for you Wil, I'm sorry" My voice cracked.

"You couldn't have decided this six months ago before we started dating?"

I looked to the floor once again, "I need to go, I have a flight"

He clenched his jaw, running his fingers through his black hair as I reached for my suitcase, "Fucking hell" He sobbed, trying to contain the sadness in his voice but quite obviously not doing a very good job. "I understand where you're coming from, and I want you to be happy, but we could make this work if you gave me a chance. I could move back to Texas with you, I'll move out of the spotlight"

I cut him off, "But then you won't be happy" He didn't respond. Instead, he pulled me against him and I sunk my head into his chest. My tears staining his grey t-shirt as I felt him plant a soft kiss against my hair. "I need to go" I choked out. It was harder to say goodbye than I had expected.

"I love you"

"I love you too" I smiled weakly while pulling away, "Goodbye, Wilmer"

"Goodbye, Demi"

There is still an epilogue to come, sorry for the shitty short ass chapter, I'm lazy af and have been online shopping all day because I got $1000 from a family member today (I'm yet to actually spend any of it though), the struggle is real. Anyway, there's still an epilogue, don't hate me just yet because I promise you'll like the ending. Before I forget, this chapter is dedicated to
