Chapter 5: Movies part 2

David pov
The car ride was hell for me, having to just sit there and watch Liza be gorgeous and funny, God how I wish I could admit my feelings for her.

Liza pov
Once we arrive at the cinemas I immediately see Gabbie and Zane I run over and give them a big hug.
We buy our tickets and go into the theatre we end up having to sit away from each other, David and I sit up the top then Zane and Gabbie sit 5 rows down from us. When I see the title of the movie, I realise it's a horror movie.

"David I hate horror films, they scare me so much"
"Oh I'm sorry, should we leave? Go do something else maybe?"
"No no no, let's watch this but if I end up having nightmares your dealing with me"
"Haha I'm fine with that" he says and smirks at me
"How about I just do this then?"
He grabs my hand and looks at me in the eyes
"then whenever you get scared you can just squeeze my hand"

Oh god, he's perfect, his eyes are amazing. It sucks knowing he's never gonna like me the way I like him

*after movie

David pov
We say goodbye to Zane and Gabbie, and we hop in the car to drive home.
"Hey David?" Liza says as she's about to get out of the car
"Yeah?"
"Would you be able to come inside with me? Just for a bit. You know if you want to"
"Oh yea sure, afraid your going to have nightmares are you?"
"No not at all that movie wasn't even scary"
"Which is why you definitely weren't almost on my lap at one stage isn't it?"
"Shut up dobrik or I'll never watch a movie you again"
"Ok ok I'm done, you were scared though" i say as I make a bolt for the door so I don't have to endure a death stare form Liza
"DOBRIKKK" she shouts after

Liza pov
I wanted David to come inside because I'm home all by myself and we just watched a horror movie, I know it's silly but I feel so safe with him. I know he was right too but I can't tell him that

"Hey let's go up to my room we can watch tv or something in there"
"Ok sure"

Liza pov
I put on the television and we sat down
"Hey David, ca-can I tell you something?" I say
"Yea of course what is it"

David pov

"Well hanging out with you is really cool and your really funny and you always make me smile-" she says

Oh god I think i know where this is going

"And your so kind-"

Is she going to? Does she actually?!

"I just wanted to tell you that I- I uh really li-"

I can't help myself anymore I grab her face and smash my lips against hers
It's a soft but passionate kiss, luckily she kisses back. This is what I've been waiting for. An actual kiss. Her lips are even softer and sweeter then I had imagined. We pull away and Lizas eyes are still closed,
"Like you" she says
I start to see her brown eyes flutter open.
I chuckle a bit
"Liza I really like you too" I admit nervously
We exchange a smile and then lay back down watching 'How I met your mother' on the tv.

After about 20 mins I hear a soft snore and realise Liza is asleep, I decide to stay the night since Lizas mum is away and I don't want her to be in this house alone. I pull up the blankets and turn to face her, I can't help myself I pull her towards me and wrap my arm around her, she snuggles into my chest which means she must be half awake, I kiss her on the head and doze off to sleep.

Yo sucky chapter again but boom they kissed and I updated on Wednesday so we're making progress, yeah! Plz plz plz comment suggestions ❤️❤️ lots of love
