Chapter 1: Meeting

Liza POV
I'm in my room and I am waiting for Gabbie to pick me, she says that we are going to a party that her boyfriend Zane is throwing, I am SOO excited it's my first ever party and best of all I get to enjoy it with my best friend.

Lizas Mum: "Liza! Gabbies here"
My Mum says disrupting me from my thoughts.
Liza: "Comingggg"

I walk downstairs almost skipping 3 stairs at a time because of all the excitement building in my stomach.

Lizas Mum: "Have fun studying girls"
Gabbie: "Will do, bye Ms. Koshy

-in the car-

Gabbie: "Damn Liza you're badass lying to your mummy like that" Gabbie says teasingly
Liza: *chuckles* "thanks for playing along gab"

(Time lapse to the party)

We arrive at Zanes house and walk inside, I see a few guys wave to Gabbie we walk over and Gabbie introduces us to each other.

G: "Guys this is Liza, Liza this is David, Zane, Toddy and Big Nik"
L: "Helloo"
Guys: "Hey"

Zane gives Gabbie a peck and she blushes radically.
Z: "I love it when you blush like that Gab baby"
David and I shout: "Get a room!"
Everyone laughs, a couple minutes later we see Gabbie and Zane walk upstairs, David and I look at each other and say "What have we started?"
David: "Well at least now they'll actually be in a room, and we won't have to evacuate" *we both laugh*

David POV
3 hours pass and Liza and I are still sitting on the staircase talking, here are a heap of people here but the only person I can focus on is Liza, I've never grown so close to a person so quickly, she's so beautiful and memorising I can't help but stare.

Liza: "David? I can't help but notice you staring at me" *giggles*
David: "oh... Ummm.. Sorry -ahh, I didn't mean to. Maybe I should go?" David says nervously and he begins to stand up
Liza: "No stay, I didn't mind you looking at me"
David and Liza hold eye contact as David sits back down and he rests his hand on her leg.

Liza POV
After David sat back down not much happened from there, after about another 20 minutes of talking, Gabbie was ready to go so David and I exchanged numbers and shared a hug then we left.
I really like David, I don't know why- But he is all I can think about, I can't get the tall, handsome, caring, kind, comforting David Dobrik out of my head...

David POV
She's amazing, she's beautiful, funny, kind, nice, talented, beautiful, approachable, beautiful, she's all I can think about. I keep replaying our conversation in my head, her voice so soothing and her eyes so gorgeous. Some may call me love struck, and that is my diagnosis.
I'm laying in my bed and I really want to text her, I really have to text her.

Liza POV
I grab the key from on top of the door frame and I quietly unlock the door and go inside. I walk upstairs and passed my mothers room as silently as I can, when I get a text and my phone goes off- conveniently just as I'm walking past my mothers room. I hear her stir and wake up, I quickly scramble off to my room and jump into bed and open up my phone, my mum walks in. (A/N let's call her mum. Sharen)

Sharen: "Liza did you just come in now?!"
Liza: "No mum, I just was walking back upstairs from the kitchen, sorry if I woke you"
Sharen: "Oh that's okay then honey, you hop off at phone soon heh."
Liza: "Okay then will do, love you mum"
Sharen: "Goodnight love you"

Pheww that was close!
I continue to check my phone and I realise I have a text from DAVID.

Text convo

David:  Hey Liza, it's David. Just wanted to text you and say thank you for keeping me company, I really enjoyed myself tonight
Liza: Haha that's okay, I had a really great night. We should definitely hang out again. Tomorrow maybe if you're free?
David: Okay cool that sounds great!
Liza: Neat! Ttyl, goodnight 💛
David: Sweet dreams.

David POV
OML DID SHE JUST USE THE "💛" EMOJI. She's so perfect! I can't wait to see her tomorrow!
