Braden's POV
It all just happened so fast. First, we were walking to the park, we went to the intersection, and BAM. It was horrible. I started to cry and Denis ran over to me to calm me down. Alex was calling the ambulance, and Elijah was just in shock. There was nothing we could do.
Then Elijah jumped up and went to help Grace. She was passed out and her breathing was heavy. Very heavy. Her leg was bleeding heavily and Elijiah ripped a piece off of his pants in the ankle area. He wrapped it around here leg and just sat by her. I was useless. I couldn't move. Its like I was frozen in an ice cube. I should have been more prepared.
Alex's POV
I called the ambulance and waited. I was worried about Grace even though I didn't know her that well. Braden was crying but Denis was helping him.
When they finally got here, I saw that Braden's crying had just worsened. We all just watched as they took Grace away in a ambulance. As we walked, Braden had to take a break occasionally to breathe. My asthma was terrible but I had to keep going.
