When we arrived the first thing I saw where the large metal gates. They opened up and we drove through the woods for around 5 minutes. When we came out of the woods I saw a very large stone building. It looked like an old school and had to be over six football fields long. On the front, a sign read Parks's Orphanage. This place was huge and I realized this would now be my home. I was nervous at the sight of it though. I had always live with my parents in luxury and happiness. Now I would be doomed to live in an orphanage. The place looked dark and gloomy, almost like something out of a horror movie. When Andria parked the van I didn't want to climb out. She told me if I didn't get out then she would drag me out, at this I climbed out. She walked me through the large wooden doors and into a office. The man behind the desk introduced himself as Alexander Parks and said he was in charge of the orphanage. He told Andria to lead me to the "dorms". There were 3 dorms, which each had around 50-60 bunk beds, the walls were a dark brown and the floors were wood, the dorms held boys and girls, and the bunk beds all had a brown blanket and a single pillow. She told me to get comfortable and left.
