Again, I'm absolutely blown away by the amount of submissions I have received this week, and can't wait to get started!
This week, I want to introduce a new part of the book club, titled book of the week! It's exactly what it sounds like - each week I will select my most favourite submission and it will not only be featured in the book club, but also in my new public reading list "Book Club Must Reads".
The rules have been updated to cater to the new feature, and also to discuss a new opportunity for some of you to help me out in selecting which books to feature each week. If that sounds like something you might be interested in, check out the rules for how to apply.

Description: "In this era, speaking out is something done very rarely, but with grave consequences. Meira Müntze experiences this first hand as a legal member of the Nazi Germany Party. Pushed around by her acutely melancholy spouse, her soft personality holds her back in taking a stand.
However, when an infamously known visitor to some is found inside her house, her whole life is turned around. It transforms from routine, to a new activity everyday, all while keeping her current life a secret."
Readers Thoughts: "I am stunned. For such an underrated book, it was so brilliantly written and truly captured the feeling of the time. I can't wait to read more!" - @girlinyournightmares (me)
* Congratulations @libbygwen for achieving our very first book of the week! *
