The Rejected Mate Comes Back

Chapter 3

"What does my pack have to do with this?", I said, furiously. Just thinking about them just makes all these bad memories rise to the top of my brain. All those horrible  things they did to me. All those hurtful words they used towards me. Then again, I could always get back at them. I might just want to go now.

"Yes, tomorrow. Be ready by eight. We plan to be there by Nine sharp. We also taking the best fighter and warrior. Your going to be the main trainer", he said.

"Wait, why are we going there in the first place", I asked curiously.

"They need help for combat. They've lost many of their people trying to protect each other. They need help. You know how I can't say no when a pack is in need. If it were us, they might just help us in return", he said in a caring way. I can't blame him. Everyone would do it in return.  

Nathan pov

It's been two years. Two years since I've rejected her. Why did I do that? She was perfect. Anything I have ever wanted.I'm having her new pack come over to help my pack train younger wolves to fight. We've lost many of our people that were the best. We need help recruiting others. They're the strongest pack anyone knows about. Plus that's where my mate is. I have to at least try to get her back or at least forgive me.

I knew she would leave after I rejected her. I was carless then. I cared about what others thought of me. The bros always wanted me to go out and hook up with the bad ass chicks and I did. Until I realized what I did was wrong. She was suppose to be the woman to change my ways and be there leader I was destined to be.

I've never had a fling with anyone ever since she left. Maybe a few times before she left but never after. I regret doing it with anyone that wasn't my mate. Molly's sister has always pushed me on her but that's not a surprise seeings that she is the slut of the back. The way she carries her self, how she treats other people. It makes her ugly and worthless. Glad she isn't my mate. 

I'm looking through all the rooms to make sure they are all clean for the ones who are coming to stay with us. I have a room especially for Molly. It's her parents room. No one has ever had that room except her. I punished her for years and made her work her ass off for me before I granted her the room. I was such a horrible person and made everyone pay for it. Pay for my own misery. 

"RAYNE, PLEASE COME HERE!" I yelled to my beta. He's my best friend but when it comes to helping our pack and taking care of the pack, we take matters very serious.

"Yes Alpha Nathan" he said.

"Can you go and get the Black Night Pack on the phone. When they're on, page me so I can talk to them" I told him and he left. They haven't let me know when they'll be here. I need to know just in case something pops up last minute and not prepared when they arrive.

'Alpha, please come to your office. They're on the phone' Rayne said through mind link. I ran as fast as I could all the way to the top floor. Super speed is such a blessing at times like these. I almost tripped a million times and busted my lip hitting my self in the face but I made it eventually.

"This is Alpha Nathan", I said.

"Yes, this is Alpha James. We will be there by 9:00. Exact. See you then", he said and hung up.

And when Molly gets here, I'm never letting her get away again.

The hell? I got up super fast. Didn't know what the hell the sound was until I recognized what it really was. Damn alarm clock! It's been a while since I set one of those and that early. I schedule classes later in the day due to the fact I am not a morning person. Everyone should know that by now. 

I had to get up to go to this pack that I hate just because they can't fight for jack shit. James is lucky I even like him. If I didn't, he could kiss my ass. But a sweetheart like me couldn't turn that offer down. To watch the pack the broke me, beg for MY help? THAT right there, is a classic. This should be interesting. 

I got up and went to get dressed. We were taking the cars and it's only an hour away.I went down stairs to make breakfast. By the time I got downstairs, the house was already getting crowded with everyone. I went in to the kitchen to only be shoved around with people trying to move, eat and load up all at the same time. Glad I'm not too claustrophobic. 

I went and grabbed a plate with eggs, bacon and toast. I ate all that within 5 minutes. By the time I was done, Its was 8:10. We had to go to be there by 9:00. James is very big on being punctual.  

"James!! Get down here and let's go!", I yelled at him. Only for him to be 5 feet away. Whoops....

"I'm RIGHT here", he said, looking irritated. Usually he is the morning person but there's something that might be bothering him. He comes to me when he he's ready until I feel like he's hiding something. I guess we'll see. 

"I sorry but it's time to go. So get your bag and get outside" I told him and went to grab my bag. I went out side after I grabbed my two bags and went to the car. By the time Tyler and everyone was ready to leave, it was 8:30. I didn't really mind cause it's less time I have to see that jerk face of a mate. But that means we have to stay later. When can I win?

James got in and we left. We were speeding a little but by the time we got there it was 9:30. The only people who were coming were Zac, Caiden, Addison, Jackson, James, Cameron, and three others James invited who are beneficial. 

We pulled up to the drive and I think they've built on to it because it looks really big. There are still a lot of cars parked in the driveway. James parked and we got out. I walked behind James as we went up to the door. He rang the door bell and it opened within 3 seconds. As if he was just waiting for the knock as soon as we pulled in. 

"Welcome Alpha James and everyone who has joined him. It's my pleasure to to see you again. " he said. He looked at me from behind James and gave me smirk. He actually think this is funny. This is going to be a LONG trip.....
