The Rejected Mate Comes Back

Chapter 5 (Edited!)

Molly Pov

"Would you like to have breakfast with us", Nathan asked.

"No thanks. We've already had our breakfast. But could you show us to our rooms", James asked.

I was still behind James while we were walking upstairs.

"Where's the bathroom?" asked James. Dang it. Now I'm gonna be stuck by myself. Everyone else had wondered off.

"Down the hall. The second door on the right", he said with a smile.

After he said that, he was gone.

"Umm Molly, I was hoping the room I picked out for you is ok? Its your parents room", he said. Saying it quieter towards the end

"Thanks Nathan", I said. Rolling my eyes.

"Do you think we could get along and talk things out? I mean, we could take things slow..", he asked, scratching he back of his neck.

"About what Nathan. There's nothing to talk about. Talk to the person who rejected me? Talk to the one who was beat all the time and didn't do anything about it? why ' try ' & get along and talk things out ?" I stated, "When you have an answer, then you can talk to me. Until then, I don't want to talk to you. I'd rather be in HELL than be here", I told him with anger and disgust.

And I left. Before I left, His face was priceless. It was funny. But in his eyes, I could see pain and just plain hurt. Everywhere. Should I actually give him a chance? I mean, he has been helpful and respectful.

Hopefully, before I leave, I don't have trouble.

I have walking off. Going towards my room. I heard foot steps and didn't know who it was. I was just about to open the door and someone turned me around, put his hands on my hips and kissed me. At first I was like 'who it was' and then I realized who it was.

Nathan!

You won't believe how mad as I was .

I kissed him back. I freaking kissed the man, who is my mate that rejected me and let his whole pack beat me.

He pulled away after I actually let him kiss me.

I pulled away , let him leave and went it to the room. it's going to be awkward next time I see him ..

I walked in and the smell just hit me. The room smelt like my parents. Like the smell when they get ready for the day to protect me.

I've missed my parents so much. They did everything for me. They died for me. And I blame my self all the time for the death. I went to the bed and started sobbing my eyes out. Within 5 minutes, someone came in. I knew who it was.

It was Nathan. All I wanted was To be left alone but I didn't care right now. I stayed in the same position and cried even harder in my knees and arms.

I heard him come closer, came up behind me and put his arms around me. He put me on his lap. I was hugging him and cried on him and he didn't mind. I felt comfortable and wolf was happy even though we both hated him, he was keeping me safe in his arms.

We were like this for about an hour. After about a half hour I stopped crying but I just didn't want him to leave even though I was mad at him. He didn't care. By this time, we were laying down but I was still in his arms and my face in his chest.

" Hey. Did you wanna go to the movies or something. I'll buy whatever you want." he asked.

"Sure, but you better not try anything on me again", I said with a playful scowled and he chuckled.

"Ok, well it's 12:20 so when we got there, did you wanna get lunch there?" he asked looking at me straight in the eyes.

"Yea, that would be nice", I said with a smile," I need to get cleaned up cause I prolly look a hot mess" I said being very seriously.

"No you don't, you look beautiful", he said and I smiled.

I got up and went of the bathroom. The bathroom is really big. I went in there and washed my faces. At this point, I didn't care how I looked.

When I went out there, Nathan was on his iPhone in a crouching position. He looked so into his phone.

"You ready?" I asked

" Yup" he said and got up. I walked out and Nathan shut it when he came out. I went down the stairs and when I went down there and saw a girl one top of James, having a full make-out session

"AWW, Looks like James found his mate" I yelled and made then both jump. I stared laughing so hard, I almost fell down the last 5 stairs.

When I calmed down laughing, James was just sitting there, trying not to laugh at me.

"Im heading to the movies with Nathan, I'll be back later. I'll have my phone on me if you need anything", I went over to him and kissed him on his forehead.

I followed him. We were in his jeep that he always uses. He loves that car. Trust me, even though I wasnt there to see him ride it, I already knew.

" Ready?" He asked.

"Yup" I said and he put the car in reverse and started going.

This seems like it's gonna be fun..... Hopefully....
