Broken hearted flashback

It is my last year and I just broke up with Severus. Me and the morons of a friend to my brother are becoming close. I have become friends with Lily again and we are talking about her and James. I see Severus across the room and he looks horrible. I tell myself that he deserves it.

"Hey J you and moony would be cute together."

"No I see him as a nicer brother"

"You hurt me J my dear sweet sister" Siri said smiling

We all talked about how Siri was a womanizer. I left the great Hall and went up to my room and changed into a sweater. I then decided to go outside and play in the snow with Siri and our friends. After we had stayed outside for a good hour we decided to go in for some hot chocolate and some butter beer.

I made it back to my house and saw Severus. He was alone and it looked like he was crying. I went up to my room and changed into my pajamas. I was getting to go home tomorrow and I wanted to make sure I had everything ready for when we left. It was my last year here and my last Christmas with everyone. I was staying at the Potter's house for Christmas with them.

The Potter's were so kind to me and my brother. James' mother helped me with how I was feeling a lot. She helped me stop feeling bad and blaming myself about Severus using me. We listened to music and danced and got sweaters from Mrs. Potter. Mr. Potter had became like a father to me and Siri. I had never felt so happy in my life and I became a lot happier when James told me he planned to ask Lily to marry him. I helped him plan how to ask her and where to ask her.

James went to a dinner with her and had me hold on to the ring. He had Sirius be the waiter and Remus the driver. Whenever it was time for me to bring the ring out I walked slowly to him and handed it to him. After he proposed Lily hugged me and asked me to be her maid of honor. I of course said yes and hugged her back I was so happy for my best friend, but some part of me wished that it was me with Severus.

"Thank you Jane for being the best friend I could ever have and I never want you to change." Lily said smiling at me.

"Same to you to Lily also when you have a baby don't let James name him James Jr. if anything name him Harry." I said laughing

It wasn't long before they had a baby and made me and Sirius godparents. The best part was that they named the baby Harry. I only wish I could of stayed longer with them, but I had to leave them and fake my death.
