Ari (POV)
i woke up as the sun beamed through the hotel curtains. i rolled over and felt ty's body. i smiled because i missed waking up next to him. he's been in training camp for the new season and i havent gotten to see him. i flew to New Orleans about 2 days ago to visit him, and now here i am. im only going to be here for 2 days because just like him i have work back at home, and also his coach wont let him have too much company when his focus should be on the upcoming game in a couple of weeks.
i got up and hoped in the shower as i heard ty waking up finally. i quickly washed up and got out. i saw him on the phone as i unwrapped the towel from my body.
"uh, uh ye..yea.." he studdered as he examined my naked body
"let me call you back melvin..uh yea sure. alright bye"
i laughed to see how shocked he looked as if he never saw me like this.
"damn, really?" he licked his lips seductively
"what?" i asked innocently "i was just getting out the shower."
"you know exactly what your doing"
"no, no i dont" i bit my lip
he got up and removed his shirt. he flipped me on the bed and i giggled at how rough he was being. he kissed my neck and i slightly smiled. his lips traveled to my lips where we connected.
"ok ok, stop. you have practice in 1 hour and i need to call chris to make sure london is ok"
"come on baby" he said continuing to kiss me. "the kids are ok. brandon is at my moms and chris is somehwhere spoiling london"
"but i havent talk to them in a while. its been like 10 hours" i said pushing him off of me
"damn, call em ari" he said heading toward the shower. i dialed chris's number and he didnt answer. i texted him
me: hey, just checking to see if everything is ok. call me later
i then called ty's mother to check on brandon and she didnt answer, but thats not a surprise because she never answers. i rolled my eyes because i wanted to talk to my kids, but i brushed it off and got ready for the day.

Today i was going shopping with me, myself, and i. ty was at practice and i didnt want to stay in the hotel. i was walking in downtown New Orleans and this city was gorgeous. i mean it felt like it was a party walking down the street. so many performances going on on the streets, people laughing, and just enjoying life. i walked into a store called Garb Boutique.
"hello welcome to Garb Boutique proud sponser of Toya Wright. can i help you with anything?" a young lady asked me.
"um no, just looking thanks" i smiled. i walked around and this store was great. the selection of clothing was remarkable. then i spotted a familiar face. i looked to my left and my jaw literally dropped to the floor. i didnt know if i should walk up on him and start talking or should i pretend like i never even saw him. i kept on the low because i didnt want him to see me, how could this be? was my mind playing tricks on me? maybe i had to much to drink or something last night, or maybe the plane ride here gave me a headache because this couldnt be right. my eyes were playing tricks on me. he was now 3 feet within distance of me, and he was with some young girl who looked like his girl. i turned my back toward them and looked down.
"umm, do you work here?" he asked me. my eyes widened as i was still facing the other way. i recognized his voice. this was him, it was no doubt about it
"um um...uh.uhm....i dont work here..no sir i dont" i didnt face him. i couldnt. to see that face again would make me throw up.
"um, ok..thanks. you okay?" he asked.
"shit" i mumbled. why wont he just go? cant he see i dont wanna talk to him? "yes im fine thank you"
he walked away and i let out a sigh. as he walked off with his girl i finally turned around as they were walking out the store. thats when he looked at me through the glass window. his eyes got big and so did mine. i cant believe it
Willy is alive.
