Today is the wedding of my good friend, Kaito.
"Len! Thank you for coming." Kaito greeted me in the entrance. We shook each another hands. Beside him, a well dressed lady appeared. She was wearing a long wedding dress. Her hair was tied in bun. "Is he your friend?" The lady smiled. "Ah yes. Len. She is my lovely bride, Luka." Kaito introduced me to her. "Nice to meet you, Len." Luka gently smiled. She gentle wrapped her arms to Kaito's arm. "Enjoy yourself, friend." Kaito said then winked.
"You have my blessings, man. Congratulations." Then I left the two love birds.
I sat down at one of the chair in the corner. I really don't like to get involved in crowded places as much as possible. Closing my eyes, relaxing my self. Damn Kaito, already getting married. Since like I'm being left behind by most of all my friends. Even my own twin sister already have a boyfriend. Sigh. I'm not that desperate to have a girlfriend or anything, it's just that it makes me feel a little bit uneasy when a couple is with me. I feel like I'm a third party or something like that.
Clenching my fists, I thought about leaving already but as soon as I heard that the wedding ceremony is about to start, I went straight to the church.
I sat down at the wooden cold long bench. My eyes can't help but wonder around the place. It seems that they do have a lot of visitors. The church is beautifully decorated with daises and pink tulips. Petals of roses are scattered around as if it is a carpet. Me being so surprised about my surrounding is really embarrassing. It is my first time going to a wedding all alone so I really don't know what should I do. My first time going, I was with my friends but now is different. As my thoughts linger around the bridal chorus was played in the piano. The crowd's noise come to silence as the bride walks in the aisle.
"Woah..." I exclaimed. She was beautiful. The people around were amazed by her presence. As soon as Luka passed to my direction, My eyes were glued to a teal haired girl just by across the other side.
For a moment, I saw her.
She was beautifully dressed.
Her hair was tied into twin tails. Her eyes twinkled against the dim light of the dying candle. Wearing a short white satin gown, it swayed gracefully with her small walk.
Her figure danced with her tiny steps.
For a moment there....
She was gorgeous.
It seems that she just arrived here. She looks unsettling. She looks cute. What? what did I just said? I swayed my head to my own disbelief. This is bad I should just mind my own business. Even though I tried to focus on the matrimony it seems that I'm being distracted by her presence. Again I strayed my eyes on her. She really looks like she is in trouble.
My thoughts were arguing whether should I help her or not. My mind has decided. I quietly stood up and gently walked to her direction hoping not to distract the wedding. Once I have succeeded, I approached her.
Her gaze affixed to mine. She was pure and elegant. Her warm gentle aquamarine eyes and teal hair flowed to the air as if there was no gravity. She is incredibly adorable. Damn it.
"Do...do you need help?" I asked. Being careful with my tone and words. I don't want to scare her or anything.
"You don't need to bother yourself with me, mister." Her worried face immediately washed away by her smile. "The wedding is the top priority, you should be there not here."
I was so amazed at her that I could stare at her all day long. "I'm the one who approached you. No need to say no, miss." She stared at me then smiled. "Thank you, mister."
