jaebum did what jinyoung said. all, but going to talk with youngjae. jaebum took a shower and brushed his teeth. he ate something and even changed into presentable clothing. yet instead of going to meet youngjae, jaebum decided to go to his favorite coffee shop.

hearing the bell ding and the warm smell of coffee enveloping jaebum as he walked in, he almost forgot about his worries and was genuinely happy. the joy slipped away when he realized that this was also youngjae's favorite spot. the coffee shop became jaebum's hangout because youngjae would go most afternoons to play the grand piano that was set up in the middle of the cafe.

jaebum flopped down on one of the couch, a large frown on his face. everything reminded him of his sunshine. jaebum had to go clear up things with youngjae or else he would go crazy. a lady came up to jaebum to take his order; he order his regular. during that interaction, someone had sat at the piano and began playing it. jaebum's eyes wandered over the piano and felt his heart clutch. it was his sunshine.

when youngjae started to sing, he looked up and made eye contact with jaebum. the older boy wanted to cry all over again. youngjae was asking for forgiveness through the song. jaebum bit his lip and tried to look away, but couldn't bring himself to do it. instead, jaebum felt the tears trying to force themselves out as youngjae sang to him.

at one point, youngjae's voice cracked. he stood up and spoke,"jaebum, please forgive me. it didn't mean anything, i—" youngjae trailed off. he looked down at his hands. jaebum stood up and began to walk away. he was almost out the door when he heard youngjae yell,"i love you!"

jaebum stopped immediately and turned around to face youngjae. the younger boy rushed off the small stage and over to jaebum. he grabbed jaebum's hand and kissed it. "mark kissed me and i admit, i didn't push him at first," jaebum rolled his eyes and try to pull away, but youngjae gripped tighter. "listen to me. jaebum, i love you. i ended up pushing mark away because i remembered you and i realized that i didn't want to lose you." the tears were falling down jaebum's face at this point.

youngjae cupped jaebum's face and kissed him. it was their first kiss. it was magical and everything a first kiss should be. he pulled back slightly,"i love you, im jaebum. please tell me you forgive me." jaebum nodded and youngjae pulled him into another kiss. the entire coffee shop broke out in cheers and applause.

after their kiss, they rested their foreheads on each other's. "i love you, choi youngjae." jaebum whispered, pecking youngjae's lips once more.
