Chapter 18: Epilogue

(In the next few hours, Sam and the crew reached the docks of London.)

Sam: "Well, guys. We've arrived."

Nathan: "Let's go, Lara. Watch your step." (Nathan helped her off the boat and Nathan turned around to see Sam.)

Nathan: "You sure you wanna do this, Sam? I mean, I can take him there."

Jason: "Nathan, there's no need. Sam got my back." (Nathan nods his head.)

Sam: "We'll be fine. Don't worry, bro. I'll return."

Nathan: "You better return. Come along, Sully."

Sully: "Alright. I'm coming." (He gets off the boat. Lara felt a sharp pain in her stomach and groaned.)

Nathan: "Lara, are you alright?"

Lara: "Yeah, let's just get to the doctor already."

Nathan: "Okay. Don't pass out on me."

Lara: "Trust me. I won't as long as you're both here watching over me."

Sully: "Of course, Lara. Of course. We're right by your side." (They arrived at the doctor's office and made an appointment with Dr. Willis.)

Dr. Willis: "Well, Ms. Croft. I believe you don't have any tractions coming yet by the look of these x-rays."

Lara: "Really? That's strange."

Dr. Willis: "Are you sure you're feeling okay? You said you keep getting sharp pains?"

Lara: "That's right. It's sort of affecting my nerves a little bit. Too much pressure and tension."

Dr. Willis: "Hmm. Do you ever get heat flashes in the night or cold sweats?"

Lara: "I sometimes get heat flashes, but it's only temporary. It happens whenever I have nightmares." (The nurse came in to talk to the doctor.)

Nurse: "Dr. Willis? There's a child and she's really sick. You have to get her treated."

Dr. Willis: "Okay. Make sure she comes in here right after Lara leaves."

Nurse: "Okay."

Dr. Willis: "Take these, Lara. This is medicine that will calm the pressure down and relieve you of severe heat flashes." (She grabs the medicine.)

Lara: "Thanks, Dr. Willis."

Dr. Willis: "No problem."

Nathan: "So, how many is she supposed to take?"

Dr. Willis: "Once every other night."

Nathan: "I got it. Okay. We better take you home, Lara."

Lara: "Right."

Dr. Willis: "Have a good night."

Sully: "You too." (They arrived at Croft Manor and Lara took out the key and unlocked it. They walked in and closed the door.)

Lara: "Boys, I'm home." (Her voice echoed, but there was no noise.)

Nathan: "Where is everyone?"

Lara: "Dunno. Weird."

Sully: (Whispers) "Perhaps, they're asleep." (He pointed to Bryce and Zip sleeping. Bryce was sleeping on the couch and Zip was knocked out on his keyboard.)

Lara: (Whispers) "Ohhhh."

Nathan: (Whispers) "Right. Lara, let's go upstairs."

Sully: (Whispers) "I'll stay down here."
