EXO was one.

EXO was complete.

EXO was a family.

But things were changing.

"Guys..." Tao asked worriedly. Why does Kris keep disappearing?

"I don't know..." you respond. Everyone has been concerned about this. On May 14, EXO's worst nightmare came.

Kris.

Left.

"WHAT!??? WHAT!???" You fall on your knees as you hear the news. You quickly pull out your phone and dialed Kris's number. He didn't answer. The other members sit around you and cry by your side.

"Is this my fault...." you sob. "I thought.... i can be... as good as my sister..."

"Yifan?" You were hanging out with him a few days after you decided to choose him to be in EXO.

"Yeah?" Kris says.

"How's the life of a trainee?" I ask.

"Well... I'm not gonna lie, it's hard. And I can imagine it being harder to be an idol, and I'm gonna be the leader of EXO-M!" He takes a deep breath.

"I was a trainee, i went through what you went through. Can't say SM is the most fair entertainment, but I think you'll be awesome."

Yifan nods. "Thanks for believing in me, [y/n]."

EXO is no longer complete...

"Guys, wait for me."

I walk to the manager's office. "What. The. Hell. Happened."

The manager looks at me. "It's none your business. If he chooses to leave, sure. We'll leave him alone too."

"You guys could've acted differently!" You scream.

"I don't have time for your nonsense, [y/n]. Leave. No one cares anyway."

I left his room, deep in thought.

No one cares anyway.

Pff. I thought. Then what am I doing?

You walked back in the room EXO was in. Some members were still crying, and others were just comforting them. Lu Han walks up to you and hugs you. You cry on his shoulder.

"Why."

"I don't know, [y/n], but I wish I didn't need to know in the first place."

"Guys...." I hear Suho's voice. "We'll have to move on... and be the best we can... for Kris."

Knowing him really well, he's probably one of the saddest people right now, but he's still trying to cheer other members up.

I pull back from LuHan's hug. "Junmyeon is right. We can't change the past, but we can change the future."

The members all nod in agreement.

"Aish... it's so weird performing with 11 people! [y/n], can you you dance with us?" Tao whines.

You looks at him. "You must be joking, right?"

"No!"

"Tao, we miss him too, but [y/n] is not in EXO..."

You sigh. "I sorry guys... this must be tough... especially the fact the overdose just came out... and EXO-M..." you sigh. "I just wish EXO could've stayed as one."
