(A/N)Tyler's family had left to go to the store so Tyler and josh were home alone

Josh was looking all around the up stairs rooms then he heard silence then a crash,Josh came in right when Tyler had fainted from all the pain"OMG TYLER!".Josh then fell to the ground,"TYLER WAKE UP! WAKE UP! Please for me..."Josh said while crying because he loved Tyler and didn't want him to leave him like this. "Tyler...please I love you so much....a-and I need you...your all I got",Josh then picked up Tyler and put him on his bed and then he saw the dark red color of blood coming from Tyler's wrist."NO NOT THIS"Josh then saw more cuts some were faded and some were new.Josh then frantically calls Tyler's mom telling her that Tyler will be in the hospital cause of his cuts,when Tyler's mom heard that Tyler cut she got worried and told their family to get to the hospital now.

When Tyler's mom saw Josh crying out side of Tyler's room she tryed to comfort him while Tyler's brothers and sister went in the room to see Tyler."I-It's all my fault I-I should have gotten to him s-sooner"Josh said while crying "it's ok Josh he will be ok and it's not your fault he just had bad depression, but I know he loved you cause all he talked about was you when I called him while he was spending the night with you"."He does actually l-love me"Josh said while whipping the tears off his face,"Of course he does I could tell just by hearing his voice cause he sounded happier than he has in months"Tyler's mom said while rubbing Josh's back trying to make him feel better."I don't know if he knows but I Iove him too...I love him a lot that's why I tryed to save him","sweetie you did save him without you he wouldn't be here and he wouldn't had been alive without you"."I hadn't seen him come home happy in so long till he meet you",Tyler's dad then came out of the room "I think Tyler might be waking up"."Go Josh be there when he wakes up..he needs you"Tyler's mom said while patting Josh's back.Josh then walked over to Tyler's bed and kneeled down on the ground,then putting his arms on the bed and held Tyler's hand.Tyler slowly started opening his eyes then he felt Josh holding his hand, and squeezed Josh's warm hand then turned and saw a still slightly red from crying Josh."Josh"then Tyler started smiling and so did Josh"Hey ty ty","Josh why is my family here and am I in...a hospital?".
