Falling Out

Flashback

It was the week before Junior Prom and although we were only freshmen, we were able to get tickets thanks to me being on the dean's list. Derrick had taken me shopping for my prom stuff, when we were finished we went back to his house. We were sitting in the living room when his sister Jalissa came into the house. 

"Ma Derrick got another chickenhead in your house after taking her shopping" she yelled over her shoulder. 

"Derrick if you don't get this gold-digging ass..." his mother stops as she saw me. "I'm sorry sweetie what is your name."

"Naw I'm bout to take her home. How you going to say some shit like that then try to be her friend" Derrick said picking up the shopping bags.

"Derrick you don't have to talk to your mother like that." I said 

"Sorry we never got to meet before today. I'm Renesmee, I don't understand why Jalissa dislike me. We used to be best friends until I started hanging with my friend Bree." I explained before following Derrick to the car. 

As I walked up to the car Derrick held my door open. 

"Jalissa don't like you cause she feels like you knew about Bree going after Logan" he explained driving me back to the apartment Mitch got me.

"I didn't even know Bree until biology with Ms.C, and she was already dating Logan by then."

During Nessie Pregnancy

It's was the beginning of our Senior Year and I was still dating Derrick. Jalissa still didn't like me and Bree was now my Best friend. I had been feeling sick for the last 3 weeks, so I had Derrick take me to the hospital. 30 minutes after waiting to be called to the back we were told that I was 3 weeks pregnant. 

"Derrick what are we going to do. I'm not ready to be a mom," I said walking to the car. 

"I got yall, always, " he said making me smile for the moment. 

A few week later Derrick started cheating on me, always ignored my call, I was hearing stories about him fucking other bitches, and to keep from stressing. I stayed to myself for a while, which lead to me meeting Rico and Cesar. They treated me like I was the most important person in their lives. One day Derrick came by my apartment while Cesar and Rico were setting up Vanessa's room, he went off on me.

Started calling me all types of hoes and bitches, Cesar and Rico left to avoid arguing with him. We argued for a few hours. He was walking out the door when he stopped. 

"I ain't ready for kids. So get rid of her or I'm not sticking around" He slammed the door behind him. 

The following week Mitch put $10,000 in a trust fund for Sassy and put me out. I bounced between Cesar and Rico houses until I found out that Bree and I shared a father. I was staying at Bree's house for the weekend, I quietly walked down the stair to grab a glass of juice.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU MITCH! How dare you put my fucking daughter out knowing damn well she's pregnant... Fuck them, bitches, they aren't indestructible" he turned as I walked in the kitchen 

"So if you're my dad who is Mitch," I said conflicted 

"Imma call you back" he hung up 

"Mitch is your uncle on your mother side and the lady you knew as you're mother was Mitch's first love until he met you" I just looked at him 

"Follow me to my study" we went to his office and he went in his draw, pulling out pictures of a beautiful pregnant lady 

"This is your mom. She was my first love but she left me when we found out about you. I was to love you from a distance until I'm out of the game upon your mom's request. As a father, I didn't want to but as a man, I respected her wishes because I love your mother and you with all my heart, and y'all safety meant the world to me." He looked at the picture 

"She died giving you life. I wished she was still here, Bree's mom wasn't half the woman your mom was that's why she left. Your mom was the definition of a rider" he chuckled 

"You know she kill some niggas that broke in the house tryna kill us, right before we found out she was pregnant with you."

Flashback over

When I snapped back to reality Tyga was putting Vanessa in the car. 

"Mommy it's my birthday, I'm 4 now." she squealed as Tyga buckled her in her seat  

"I know you growing up on mommy and you'll be in big girl school this year." I said smiling.

"Mommy what are we doing for my birthday."

"First we're gonna meet Tyga's mom. Then me and auntie got a surprise for you." I explained  

"I hope it's a surprise party and is granny tigger mean?"

"No she's nice especially to kids." Tyga said as he drove to him mom house.
