The Beach Bash

"Attention all Camp Galaxy campers! Due to the massive amounts of paparazzi we need to keep off the premise, all camp courses will start tomorrow! But we will be throwing a massive beach party this evening instead! Thank you campers and we will see you all at 4 at Lunar Beach!" Leia states through the intercom and everyone shouts fill the camp. "A beach party! AHHHH! I can't wait to show off my new swim suit!" Maz says with joy as she quickly pulls it out of her bag. Rey laughs as she goes to grab hers out of her beach bag. "Damn girl! I wish I had the body to pull that one off!" Maz says with enthusiasm and Rey replies, "This would be the first time I've worn a swimsuit like this!" Rey says with embarrassment as she shuts the cabin door and closes the window shades. "Awh, live a little! You'll love it!" Maz says with a grin and Rey feels at ease again. "Come on! Let's go to the Camp store and fetch some cute coverups!" Maz says with a smirk and grabs Rey by the hand and drags her out the door towards the store. They make their way down the cobblestone path and people begin to applaud Rey. "What's this all about?" Rey says as she starts to quicken her pace as Maz grabs her arm and drags her into the store. "It's because you stood up to that no good fake Jessica!" Maz says with a laugh and Rey starts looking through the clothing racks. "I just don't understand people who can just hurt someone they're supposed to care about...." Rey says to Maz as she takes her bohemian coverup to the register. "The world may be beautiful, but it has some ugly ass people." Maz says with sass and they both begin to laugh. "Come one! Lets go to the beach and meet Poe and Finn! I'm so excited!" Rey says as she puts on her cover up and grabs Maz by the arm to jet out the door. 

"Thank god your dad let you throw this awesome bash dude! It's gonna be off the chain!" Charles claps in excitement as they set up the stage. "I know right? Something about just being here is so relaxing. It's nice to get away from the hollywood world." Ben says with a grin as he walks off the stage and onto the beach. He takes his shirt off and the girls standing by all start to scream. "Dude, do you ever get tired of that?" Chewwy says with a laugh as he too takes of his shirt. "Yes, yes I do." Ben says with a loud sigh and he starts to laugh. The girls start to scream until they all of a sudden the sound starts to go away. He goes to turn around and he sees Jes and the ginger. "Just walk away bro, she's not even worth talking to." Chewwy says as he takes his shirt and tosses it over his shoulder. 'You're right, let's go." Ben says somewhat annoyed as they take a seat in the sand. Chewwy looks back to see if they have left and he sees they are nowhere to be found. "We're clear." He says to Ben who instantly sighs in relief. "Thank god, I can't stand to look at her anymore." Ben says with a chuckle and Charles starts to laugh. "Hey Ben, remember that I told you that I had a plan?" Chewwy says with a smirk and nudges Ben. "Yes, I remember you saying that. What plan have you formulated now, Mr. Hotshot?" Ben says but can't help but laugh. "If she's playing hard to get, you do too. Then when she's not expecting it, steal her heart. Trust me." Chewwy says as he places his arms behind his head and leans back and Ben starts to smirk in response.

"Alright Finn you ready!?" Rey says with a reassuring grin on his face as Finn nods back with a smile. "Okay now start kicking your feet!...Alright good! Now pedal with your hands! Awesome! Look Finn, you're swimming!" Poe says in a shout as Rey and Maz start to cheer him on. "I'm swimming! I'm really doing it!" Finn stops and stands up in the waist deep water. But all of a sudden the riptide drags him off, pulling him under. "Finn! Finn? Finn!!" Rey and the gang all start to shout in unison as they start to head to the place he went under. All of a sudden they see him further out struggling to stay toward the surface. He kicks with all her might as another wave comes in. "Help! Help me!" 

"Help! Help me please!" People all around start to shriek in horror as they see Finn in the water struggling to stay above the surface. "What's happening?" Chewwy says in curiosity as Ben immediately stands up to see the commotion. "Please someone help him! Finn doesn't know how to swim that well!" Poe screams into the gathering crowd in front of them. "I can save him! Don't worry Finn, I'm coming for you!" Rey shouts as she takes off her cover up and shorts.Rey thanks the force that she became a lifeguard at her last summer job. Ben hears its Rey shouting to help and in an instant he leaps into action. He pushes through the crowd towards the face of the ocean and sees her instantly dive head on into the rushing wave. Without thinking, he runs into the water and swims towards her to try and help her save him. Not seeing her initially, he dives down under to see where Finn may be. He spots her holding Finn but struggling as she tries to reach up towards the top. He swims with all his might as he grabs onto her arm to pull them both up. Their eyes lock and she has a look of pure relief on her face as soon as she sees it's him.
