I poured out my heart to Carrie, and she actually listened. I was very surprised that somebody listened and I mean really and truly care about what was coming out if my mouth.
"So Carrie I was wondering......does this mean we're friends or something?" she didn't answer right away like she was thinking.
"It's okay if we're not..." I was cut off for the second time today. It was getting annoying.
"of course we're friends it looks like you need a buddy!" she said enthusiastically.
"wait, what did you say?" it sounded like she said we were friends.
"I said yea we're friends!" she told me once again enthusiastically. wow she's a happy person, it's kinda weird.
"What don't we get out of this bathroom and go sit with your new friends!" She started to take me out of the bathroom when I realized I don't have any other friends let alone new ones. what is she talking about?
Minutes later I realized what she was talking about. Carrie lead me to a table full of friendly looking girls. "Girls this is Demetria and Demetria these are the girls" she said pointing at the table.
"This is Karsyn, Madison, Ellen, Sara and her twin sister Tara, Lexi, Marcy, Sophie, Kaylin, and June!" Carrie told me.
"The best ones are Lexi, Tara, Ellen, Sophie, and Kaylin." Carrie whispered to me. She looked dead serious too. Wow try to keep your favorites hidden much!
"Why just Tara and not Sara?" I asked her.
"She gets pissed off really fast." Carrie told me. I was surprised to hear Carrie say that. I know we just became friends but that just doesn't seem like her.
"I think maybe I should give all of them a chance first before I judge." I told her. I was tougher not to judge a book by its cover and that's exactly what I intend to do.
"Ok I warned you, but keep in mind I'm not going to be there when your plan comes crashing down on you!" Carrie scream-yelled at me. Wow she can get mean when she wants to. It surprised me.
"Hey Demetria come sit with me!" Tara said. Maybe Carrie was right Tara is nice.
"Ok" I sat down beside her.
"Are you hungry? I saw you didn't eat because you dropped your tray." Tara asked me.
"Ummm... no I don't want anything." I know I'm fat so i don't typically eat lunch anyway.
Tara was really pretty. She had short curly black hair and blue-green eyes almost and aqua color. She was wearing a silver top with a pair of black jeans. She also had aqua shoes an aqua headband and a matching belt. She was tall Maybe 5'6 or 5'7. Sara on the other hand had long strait black hair and the same blue-green eyes as her sister wearing a similar outfit as Tara. The same shirt as Tara in black, a pair of aqua jeans and sliver shoes, belt, and headband. Sara was taller than Tara being 5'9.
"I guess Demetria will have to play 20 questions with us before she is one of us." Kaylin said.
"Ok." I said kinda nervous."
Carrie asked all the questions. I could tell she was the leader.
"When's your birthday?"
"April 12th" I replied
"Favorite color?"
"Blue." I told the group."
"Ever kissed anyone?" Carrie asked
I waited a little while before answering. "Nope."
"Have you ever dated anyone?" she asked.
"Nope." I said popping the "p".
"Have you ever....." but before she could ask anymore questions the bell rang.
"Sorry got to go to class. Bye!" I told the group before running off to class.
I was thinking on my way to class. there not just the group there my group now.
