I Know

Tears that slip out unexpectedly.

A heart that's broken into a million pieces.

I know i shouldn't feel this way.

I know i shouldn't care anymore,

But it's so hard to forget.

You're there every corner i turn.

You're wherever I am.

Every smile that we exchange.

With every touch of your hand,

And every blink of your eye,

Makes me fall a little harder than before,

And break a little more each day.

I'm like a pawn in your game.

You're the king that always wins,

And you destroy me.

I know i shouldn't feel this way.

I know i shouldn't care,

And I should know by now

How it's all going to end.
