The Quarterback and the Hybrid

I can't promise things won't be broken but I swear that I'll never leave...

"Oh hey mom, I forgot to tell you Chloe is coming over at 8 for movie okay?" I state as I walk in the kitchen for blood and Pepsi.

"No problem Briser, Cut down on the blood okay? Work is starting to get suspicious...." She says looking at me from the sink. She calls me Briser for break, it's french.

"Don't worry, I put it in my Pepsi so I don't have too much. Can you hand me a cup?" I ask looking at the cups beside her.

"Sure" She tosses me a green cup, I catch it perfectly. Its almost as green as RJ's eyes... I shake my head to get the thought out and clench my teeth. "You okay Briser?" She looks at me inquisitively.

"Yeah, I'm fine I just remembered something from a book today." I say as I walk over to the microwave to heat up just a bit of blood.

"Oh okay, well are you gonna go swimming before your friend gets here or no?" She asks as the microwave beeps, I quickly open it and drink the warm liquid. So delicious.

"Yeah have you cleaned the pool yet or no?" Since I'm a hybrid of a Vampire & Mermaid I crave both water and blood; I lust for them both.

We only have fresh water but we do add a bit of salt to it. Since its regular fresh water it needs to be cleaned a lot more than regular chlorine water. Luckily we have an indoor pool, so we don't have to clean anything out of it, just refreshen the water.

"Sorry Briser, I've been busy so you'll have to." She looks at me a bit disappointed with herself.. I feel guilty now..

"No, no don't worry about it. It only takes about 20 minutes."

"Okay, I love you Briser!" She shouted as I walked down the hall way to the pool.

I Finally get to the pool then start to refreshen the water; with a new filter in one hand and salt in the other I make my way over to the other side of the pool.

*Roughly about 1 hour later*

Well, I finally got the water refreshed after about 5 minutes of falling on my ass because of this stupid tile! Next time I come in here I'm going to wear my track shoes.. I head back out in the hall way and up the front stairs up to my bedroom and slip out of my school clothes and into my black and blue bikini. I can control weather or not I get a tail so I'm gonna stay human like today. I run back down stairs as fast as I can whie throwing my clothes out in the laudry basket.

As I reach the pool I quckly pull out my phone and set a timer for 7:50 that gives me about two hours to swim. I jump in and breathe in the salty water it's feels amazing, my red hair now flows through the water and I get gills but will myself not get my tail.
*Two hours later*
I get out and get my lungs back with a few deep breaths. I run up stairs and get dressed, ready for the sleepover, and I blow dry my hair back to blue. About 5 minutes after I got the snacks and drinks ready Chloe walked in.
Chloe looked up me since she was only 5'3. She was still wearing her outfit from earlier, a pink floral shirt and blue jean capris and sandals. We sat on the couch eating chocolate peanut butter balls and watching 'The Notebook' and I guess we must've fallen asleep like that because when I woke up it was 3 am. I shook Chloe to try and wake her up but she didn't budge so I lifted her up and brought her upstairs..

I woke up to the sound of my alarm so I got Chloe's bag and put it next to her and set my alarm clock for 20 minutes and it by her head. I ran to the shower and quickly showered and did my make up. I went to my closet and saw that Chloe was awake and was getting ready, she saw me and bolted for the bathroom. I settled on a black corset with 4 blue strips, skin right leather jeans my black spiked heels and a leather jacket. I decided to put my hair up in a pony tail, I curled some parts of the pony tail into large curls and fixed my framed bangs, I put a black bandana on around my
Head. It showed my 7'16 tapers and my choker with a spider in the front, very band chick chic. Chloe came in wearing a pink beach like dress with a floral patter and brown knee high heel boots, she straightened her hair and has on my brown blazer.

We rode to school in a flash on my motorcycle, and guess who was in my parking spot? Riley. I backed up and went around the parking lot to the complete opposite side of the lot, it was honestly quite closer to the door. I hoped off my bike after Chloe, and took off my helmet and walked gracefully into school well aware of the guys looking at my ass. I look back with a death glare and then continue to my locker.

As I close my locker with my helmet in it and grab my calculus stuff off the ground, I turn to see Riley staring at me. I look him right in the eye and gesture up and down my body and smirk. I admit it's a huge bitch move but hey I'm just trying to make him feel what I felt yesterday. His friends laughed at him and started rough housing him, and I believe I saw him blush.

He went ahead of me and went into calculus, well fuck. I forgot he sits behind me. I walk to class alone since I unfortunately don't have home room with Chloe. I get to the door frame and only about half the class is in it, Riley is glaring at me as I sit in the dead center of the room I look down at my red nails with black dots and remember how my lips match the red, I rub my lips together and turn to the side so I'm facing the left wall.

I tilt my head to the side reading the book titles and settle on real life algebra, I get up gracefully and walk to it and lift it up. I walk back to my seat and right before I sit down I look up at Riley. He's actually asleep on the desk behind me. I sit down and face him looking closely at his features again. This time he looked more relaxed and so much less of a douche.  This reminds me of when we were kids, he slept anywhere he could, I smiled at the memories.

His hair was covering his eyes and instinctively reach to brush it out of his eyes. He actually moves into my touch and I find it adorable. After a second of me slowly stroking his hair the 5 minute bell rings and it wakes Riley up and he quickly grabbed my hand before I could pull it back to me. He looks up into my eyes and he looks surprised, like he didn't expect me to be touching him. He slowly gets closer and were only a couple of inches away and..

"Good morning class!" I jump because it scared the shit out of me. I look up at the clock above Riley and it's a minute to 8. The 1 minute bell rang as Mr.Burns said 'good morning' and now the actual bell went off. I groaned and looked at Riley he still looked at me like the teacher wasn't even there but I turned to face the front of the class and I felt someone poking me on my sides.

I ignored Riley because even though I don't struggle with any subject I still needed to understand what to do. When he was done teaching and I finished my work I turned around to Riley. "Hey" was all I could think to say. He looked up at me and I looked down at his paper seeing he only did 2 problems out of 25. "I thought you weren't talking to me." Riley said.
