Aadya opens her eyes. She notices the moon and smiles, but then she realizes she's outside. She fell asleep under the tree. Worried she checks if she has everything. Her notebook and pen weren't snatched nor her other belongings.

Aadya sighs in relief knowing that she wasn't taken advantage of. She gets up and picks up her stuff and heads home. She feels the moon on her and is calm. Aadya tries to remember her way back, things look different in the dark, but she keeps walking doing her best to find home. She turns down a path and feels a gush of wind, but sees the moon lighting the sidewalk. Aadya is conflicted whether to keep walking. She felt her feet were melting into the sidewalk. She bits her lip, worrying if she would be here till the morning. Slowly she felt her right leg have some movement. One step. She slowly felt her other leg have some movement. Soon Aadya found herself walking down the pathway.

She clings to herself as the wind blows again. She makes a right and keeps walking till she hears loud voices. She freezes in utter fear. The wind stops. Like it was mirroring her fear. She starts walking again not daring to look back. The voices drift off. She relaxes. She keeps walking and starts hitting territory she knows. Feeling more calm she eases herself. She crosses the street and sees her building at the end of the street.

Before she takes another step she feels a firm grip on her mouth and with a shove she fell back into the despair of darkness.
