The last few days have been great for Aadya and Azmia. That kiss was the beginning for each of them.
They parted from that day because Azmia had a business trip, but it was necessary that they had time apart. It allowed them to think if they wanted to endure this budding relationship.
Azmia sits on the train and rests her head as she heads home. Finally she has some down time. Her mind wanders to the moment Aadya kissed her. It was magic when her soft lips met hers. She smiles to herself, but it fades for a moment because even though a beautiful moment was shared between the both of them, their future is cloudy. Anything is possible and that made her live in fear.
Aadya sits on her chair with her hair tied up and fingers typing. Wearing a sundress that flows all the way to the ground. She sits there writing her next masterpiece and from time to time glancing at the clock. Azmia will get here in two hours, but each minute is agonizing. Tearing into her guts and ripping her insides. She adverts her attention back to her writing. She strokes the keypad and writes.
Azmia makes a pit stop at her house before heading to Aadya. Anxiety has been eating her up and she needs answers.
Aadya hears a knock on the door. She gets up. Scared, but excited. She goes to the door and her dress follows. She grips her hand. Anxious.
That's how Azmia felt as she stands on the other side. She grips her hand waiting for Aadya to open the door.
Aadya hand shakes as she goes to open the door.
Anxiety.
Anxious.
Butterflies.
Breathe.
The door opens.
"Hey." They both say with a smile that calms them both.
"We need to talk." Azmia says.
Aaday nods her head, "Yeah, we do. Come in."
They sit down and before Azmia can say anything Aadya beats her to the punch. "Are we a?"
Azmia smiles. "Yeah I mean-"
"Yes I would like that." Aadya replies.
"Okay, so we are-"
"Dating and that means you are my-"
"Girlfriend." Azmia whispers.
"Yes you are." Aadya says with a smile.
