After the boy was back to life, the mother hugged him tight.
"Wh-what!?" Aphmau questioned. I was smiling bright.
"G-GABRIEL! YOU'RE ALIVE! MY BABY BOY IS ALIVE!" the mother shouted.
"N-no I..I did not.." Aphmau started.
"This is a miracle! This is--Thank you! Thank you I can't even express my heart of the pure joy! What is your name I must know!?" The father shouted.
"It..It's Aphmau! And I dunno what I did..I-" but I put a hand on her shoulder.
"Aphmau there is no need to apologise. You gave them their baby boy back.." I said. She looked and me and said not a word.
"BUT STILL I DON'T CARE HOW YOU DID IT BUT...YOU GAVE ME MY BABY BOY BACK!! I AM FOREVER INDEBTED TO YOU!!" The mother shouted once again.
"Ma'am its quite alright. Just be very thankful that your son is back. There is no need for you to be in debt to us." I stated.
"But-" The mother started. "No buts. Just accept okay?" I asked she nodded and hugged me then Aphmau.
I smiled bright and so did she.
"APHMAU COME HERE THIS INSTANT!" I heard Nicole yell. "Guards, make sure the refugees are settled in with food and water.."
Aphmau looked at Nicole then to the boy. "APHMAU, COME TO ME NOW!"
We both looked at Nicole and nodded. We walked towards her and Aphmau was still in shock.
"Aphmau what the heck was that!?" Nicole shouted.
"Look Nicole, Aphmau is still in shock of what she did. She doesn't know." I replied.
"Well she obviously did something! Do you think that she could just perform miracles in front of everyone!? Even when we don't know them!?" She shouted back at me.
"Nicole you were trusting them so quick. Why are you saying this to me?" I asked.
Nicole calmed down a bit. "Of course I was, I'm always for helping other in need - even if I don't know their intentions," She stated.
"I'm not gonna let some women man nor child to starve or freeze to death. I mean its wonderful that you brought the boy back to life or..is it not..? UGH!" she continued.
"Look Nicole I'm sorry that this happened but I don't know how to control this power that I have! It only happens on certain times," Aphmau explained.
"I mean it happened a few days ago when Dante got extremely wounded. But he wasn't dead. This boy was dead and I was scared!!" Aphmau shouted. Irene...
"D-Dante was wounded..!? Is he oka--ugh, nevermind. Look... I don't know a thing about those refugees. The leader was trying to tell me their story about how they came from the Tu'la region - which is currently in turmoil - then you guys come along and resurrect a child in front of them.... I fear what they are going to think or rather what they are going to say of you." Nicole said. They will know that she will save lives.
"If you have zero idea on how you control your powers then... they might assume it's a kind of evil witchcraft." Nicole explained.
"She is right Aphmau. Those people don't know what they think of you, but they do know that you are a life saver." I said smiling slightly.
"But really Nicole what is the negative here?" Aphmau asked.
"HOW ARE YOU NOT!? YOU JUST REVIVED A DEAD CHILD!?" She shouted.
