Chapter 10 ~Laurence~

Azuna P.O.V
I was about to leave the gates but then someone grabbed my arm, i turned and faced Laurence with an upset and hurt look on his face.

"You're leaving," He stated. "Without letting us know?" He somewhat yelled.

"Laurence—" I started. "Why are you leaving?" He asked.

I sighed, "Because no one wants to keep a monster like me around."

"Azuna What..?" Laurence asked.

"I said because no one want to keep a monster like me around!" I Almost shouted, tears threatening to fall. "I don't even understand why you guys like me.."

"It's because we care about you," Laurence replied in a soft tone. "Please, Stay." He pleaded.

I only hugged Laurence, "Please," I spoke. "Please don't leave me.." this resulted to Laurence hugging me back and holding me close.

"Don't worry," He whispered in her ear. "I won't let anything happen to you."

~Time Skip~

I was walking around with Aphmau when suddenly we saw Nicole on a small ship.

"Nicole? Uh, what are you doing here?" aphmau asked herself.

Nicole opened a little draw bridge and walked across. She walked over to us and she looked furious.

"Where is my wonderful son?! I'm going to murder him dead for defying his mother!!" She yelled.

"Nicole you need to please calm down.." I said. "Did you come alone on that boat?"

"That was pretty fast." Aphmau continued.

"Of course I did! I'm not letting any guards know my own son stowed away on a ship right under my nose!!" Nicole replied.

"Okay.. Wait did you get my letter about this?" Aphmau asked.

"No!! I figured it out as soon as I went to his room to apologize to him about not going to Phoenix Drop and he wasn't there!! That brat even had the nerve to draw a face on his pillow taunting me!! I swear where is he?!" Nicole shouted.

"He is actually with um.. Dante and Kawaii~Chan.. right now." I replied calmly.

".....w-what? H-h-he's.. no.. Darn it!! Darn it all to the nether!!" She yelled.

"Is something wrong?" I asked, both me and Aphmau concerned.

"Azuna Aphmau.. I need you both to go get Dimitri for me and bring him back here now. Please, don't let Dante see him." She said.

"But Dante has seen him already. What's going on?" Aphmau asked.

"......Please just go and bring Dimitri to me. Please Aphmau.. Azuna, I don't want to see anyone else, especially Dante. I left this place long ago, so please help me.." She explained and she started to tear up.

"We can go do that.." I replied as Nicole went back to her boat.

"Azuna, you can go. I'll handle it from here.." Aphmau said then she left.

"Alright then..?" She thought.
