Why did i ever let you slip away?

A Shock

Lucas(my ex).....
"What the hell Ezabelle what are you doing here!?"
"What are you doing here Lucas?!"
The shock was clear on our faces it was obviously embarrassing we all then ignored each other and went to other paths but then...
"Bellaaa"
I hear Riley shouting. I stayed in my place waiting her until she reached me panting.
" Pant pant.. did you see my boyfriend Lucas, oh Lucas here you are Lucas this is Ezabelle, Ezabelle this is Lucas "
She said smiling.
This was my second shock for today my mouth dropped and until now I can't believe he betrayed me in this way first he left me then he's my best friend's boyfriend!! That's more than enough!
"What the hell Lucas why are you doing that for me you break up with me then become my best friend's boyfriend are you torturing me on purpose!! You know I still love you just go away!! Don't let me see your face ever"
" First miss Ezabelle I don't care if you are sad or no that won't ever bother me and second yes I moved on what's the problem in that why don't you go find another boyfriend are you scared?"
Riley didn't​ understand anything happening.
I was really mad and sad and shocked at the same time I then ran crying to the bathroom couldn't stop the tears from falling I went to the bathroom closed the door and kept on crying.
While I am crying in the bathroom I started hearing Riley shouting at Lucas at how he didn't say that he knew me and at how he broke my heart and that I am her best friend and if he did anything to me she's​ going to break up with him her words made me happy and made me feel that she cared for me but at the same time I felt bad for her and I thought that all of this fight that happened between them was all my fault, so I went out of the bathroom straight to Riley and then she hugged me tight.
" I'm really sorry for what happened Bella it was all my fault if I knew he broke up with you and that you still like him I would never became his girlfriend"
"It's not your fault Riley I should've never trusted him he's​ a traitor and don't let something like me separate you ok? Do you promise me ??"
"I promise"
After she promised me I hugged her again and then waved my hand and we all went to our classes I had English and as usual Harry was sitting beside me he stayed staring at me the whole session it was really creepy, but his action made me feel that he fell in love with me after we finished class he asked me if we can walk together home, so I agreed because Riley already had a date after school with Lucas we walked together and it was really awkward we stayed quite for five minutes but then he started asking me about what I like and what am I going to do after college I said to him that I didn't really know because we're still in high school I honestly had fun talking to him he made me laugh and talk more than I've ever talked to anyone
We then both arrived to our homes and waved bye-bye .
