Chapter 2

Rapunzel's POV:

"Flower, gleam and glow. Let your power shine. Make the clock reverse. Bring back what was once mine..." I sing looking deep into Flynn's eyes - whilst he touches my luscious glowing hair. It's been 300 days yet we are still alive thanks to my hair as the power didn't fade the day Flynn cut it in the tower. I didn't realise that your spouse would live as long as you would if you had the enchanted hair although I am upset that my parents have died - there isn't a moment where I don't cry for them.

"What's your new dream Flynn?" I saw curiously - Flynn has told me once but his dreams would change right?

"Your my new dream." Flynn says smiling childishly. Punzie don't be afraid - you have been giving young children beautiful dreams .

"AHAHAHA!" someone cackles from the distance. Me and Flynn looked around the alley curiously as to who's making that sound.

"The world is dark, cruel and selfish. If it finds the slightest ray of sunshine - it destroys it! a familiar voice says.

My emerald eyes brighten up - realising the exact same words were said by Mother Gothel. No! It couldn't be. I defeated her years ago!

"Mother is that you?" I questioned anxiously.

"Of course it's me dear - who else - AHAHAHAH!" She said viciously. "I see a beautiful, confident girl in the mirror - Oh your here too. AHAHAHAHA!"

"I am strong, bold and confident!" I said looking around for Mother.

"Oh really" she said stepping out of the darkness "If your really that confident - tackle me!" Mother said with an evil grin on her face.

"Don't Rapunzel! Leave her!" Flynn said holding me back from chasing her

"That's what I thought!" Gothel said teasing me "Your just a coward, weak being. You can't do anything good despite your powers!"

"That's not true!" I hollered tearing up. Rage filled my body - I, unknowingly, conjured a plant being that I used to soar in sky - chasing Gothel!

"Ooh I'm so scared. AHAHAHA!" cackled Mother Gothel. "You useless toy!" that being her last words after she disappeared into the night sky. At least that's what I thought. A black shadow circled Flynn. I hadn't realise until I heard Flynn released a loud cry as he was being stabbed ,y Mother.

"No! Get away from him as I said descending to the alley. When I had reached the ground, I ran to Flynn holding him in my arms. "You can't leave me Flynn. Not in this life - not ever!" releasing my cold tears. I quickly wrapped my hair on his wound and sung the song Mother taught me.

"Heal what has been hurt. Change the fate's design. Save what has been lost. Bring back what once was mine." I said crying. Nothing happened to him - he didn't heal!

"No!" as I cried some more. My single tear dropped onto his cheeks. Suddenly a gust of wind blew hard nearly lifting me off the ground. When I looked up, I saw 2 furry bears? What was it? I wanted to bring my frying pan out but I wasn't in a state to do so - I just cried. One of the bears looked at me and gasped. He then contacted someone and uttered words I didn't understand!
