Poppy walked up to Creek, who was sitting on the edge of a pool, gazing down at his reflection and frowning.

A drop of water fell from Creek, and it wasn't from the pool.

It was a tear.

"Creek?" Poppy asked, slowly walking up to him and tilting her head.

"Go away," Creek said, and shook his head.

"What wrong?" she said, not moving.

"Nothing...." he said, slowly.

"Something," Poppy said, slowly tilted her head again, but keeping it tilted and staying in her spot 7 feet away from Creek. "Tell me."

He shook his head. "You'll just think I'm a baby if I tell you."

"No, I won't."

"Nobody loves me."

Poppy looked at the floor. This time, she was crying, as well.

She slowly lifted her head as she spoke. "I love you."

Creek looked at her. "You don't. You love Branch."

Poppy sighed. "Creek. I love you. I want you to know that."

Creek slowly put on a small smile.

"Many trolls love you," she continued. "You just need to contue to be nice. You need to gain trust."

Creek waited.

"Like you did with me."

Creek smiled, ran over to her, and hugged her as tight as he had ever hugged her before, even when they were dating.

"I'm sorry," Creek said. "I don't know why I did what I did."

"It's okay," Poppy said, pulling him away, grabbing his hand, and throwing him in the pool.

He laughed. "You really meant what you said back there?"

She nodded. "Every word."
