4: First Day of The Job: Last Part

"Here you go oppa. I hope you'll like it.." I put the bowl and pot of stew on top of the table and took a bow. He glanced once again at my bag, but I think it's fine... Is it?.. Ok it's honestly weird. Jb took his chopstick and began to eat. He stopped chewing and swallowed the meat he ate. Does he like it?.. I hope he likes it, it's very hard to know his expression since it's always blank. I've never seen him smile since I came. I observed him while eating, trying to see if he does like it or not. Jaebum began to eat faster and took more from the pot of stew. Ah, what a relief! I think he likes it.

"I'm glad that you liked it, jb oppa" I smiled sweetly at him. I really like when people likes the food I cooked, it inspires me to cook more.

"No, I'm just hungry." He replied with his low voice.

Oh.. yeah, I forgot that he didn't eat yet. I sighed in disappointment, I shouldn't have assume. I began to frown and start to put some of his things I haven't put in his locker yet. He's the first person who didn't appreciated the food I cooked. It's not that i'm saying that I'm a good cook. It's just everyone whom I served some food tells me that the food is delicious. Ugh, don't mind it Sehyun, you can't please everybody.

After I finish putting all of his things in his locker, I looked at him and saw that the pot of stew has been consumed. Wow, he must be really hungry huh. I took the pot and bowl and began to wash them.

After that, I sat on the arm chair which is beside the couch he was sitting. ...It's too awkward.. Hmm.. maybe talking to him would be nice.

"U-um you have such a good room Jaebum oppa" I complimented but he didn't answered anything. Instead, he continued playing with his phone. I sighed once again and looked down. Rejected TT

"Don't you have anything to do?" He asked while playing on his phone.

"I've already finished the job you've told me to do oppa.." I answered.

"Then why are you still here?"

"U-umm.."

"Leave." I sighed again, he's very a peevish person and that's very rude. Also, I think I've sighed too much today. I really didn't expect his attitude. I grabbed my bag and began to leave. I immediately went back to the hospital to check Junho and mom.

"So how's your first day of work sweetheart?" Mom asked with a smile written all over her face.

"It's easy yet the owner who you were talking about is pretty much rude mom." I frowned.

"Honey, you can't judge the person so quickly, you just met him." Mom answered

"But he's very rude and very aloof" I hold mom's hand and squeezed it softly.

"You don't know him yet, dear."

"But he called me unproductive. Also, he's the first person who doesn't like the food I cooked"

Mom chuckled once again and stoked my head gently. "I'm just telling you Sehyun, don't judge people too quickly. You haven't even know him yet"

"Do you know him mom?" I asked curiously since she talks like she really knows Jaebum

"Perhaps, I know him." Mom shrugged.

"Really?? tell me about him." Mom shook his head slowly.

"People have their own perspectives when it comes to people. If you want to know more about him, you gotta do it in your own way Sehyun" Mom replied.

"Fine, I'll just do my requirements instead" I pouted and went to the couch where Junho is sitting.

I grabbed my bag and opened it. My eyes were opened wide in shock as I saw something, two five hundred dollars with a phone and a note saying...

"Don't even try to take the phone back, it yours, my number is already there so that I could contact you. As for the money, that's your payment." - Im Jae Bum.

The phone is way too big for my hand and the money is way too big as well. I know I want a big money for my family but this is just enough, it's only been one day of work. Is he really kind? or maybe someone just told him to pay me this big amount of money even though he doesn't want to. Now I'm even more confuse...

Who is Im Jae Bum?..
