It was  a day before the exams at Hope's Peak, and to put it simply the 78th class where a bit nervous. The idea of being kicked out of the school if you couldn't reach the expectations of the judges was certainly something to worry about. Ms. Yukizome tried her best to give an inspiring speech to them, but it didn't exactly help.

After Ms. Yukizom's speech, she allowed the class to leave in order to practice for the exams. Y/N was just trying to think of what to do, since he can't exactly practice with his visons. But then noticed Nagito still in his desk, looking down at his exams sheet. He appeared to be in deep thought. Something about the way he was looking down with a frown seemed off to Y/N, he was used to see Nagito smiling most of the time. He decided to ask if he was feeling ok as well.

Y/N walked over to him and gave him a tap on his shoulder. Nagito turned his head around and saw Y/N. "Yes Y/N, can I help you."

"I'm just here to check if your alright, you've been frowning down at that paper for a while now."

Nagito's face suddenly lost all emotion. The look he gave Y/N actually sent a shiver down Y/N's spine. "It's just to see the hope that thrives inside of everyone here just disappear because of the upcoming exam, it just......saddens me. If they had more time I'm sure they'll feel more prepared."

"Yeah, I know what you mean. The idea of the exams is pretty intimidating, everyone's just a little nervous is all, but there's not much we can do about it."

Suddenly Nagito stood up from his seat and began to take steps closer to Y/N. "No, I cant except that there has to be something I can do. I promise you, that I'll find away to help everyone out with the situation with the exams tomorrow, no matter what I have to do."

Y/N began to take from steps back due to how close Nagito was getting to his face. "Um.... alright then, just don't go pushing yourself ok?"

Nagito simply shook his head. "For the sake of hope, I'll do anything."

The way Nagito said that last sentence brought a huge amount of concern to Y/N. What didn't help was how close Nagito was getting to his face. Things began to get awkward as the two just stared at each other in silence, however it was soon broken.

"HEY THERE YOU TWO!!!" Ibuki said jumping in between the two. Y/N jumped back in surprise.

"What are you doing here Ibuki?" asked Nagito, who returned to his smiling self.

Ibuki gave a smile while clutching onto Y/N's hand. "Well I'm here for Y/N actually. Mind if I borrow him?"

Nagito simply chuckled while waving his hand slightly. "I don't mind. After all I wouldn't want to waste anymore of Y/N's time."

"YAAAHOOOO!!!!" Ibuki then began to pull Y/N out of the classroom with him struggling to keep up.

"WAH,I-IBUKI WHERE ARE YOU TAKING ME!?" Y/N asked trying not to trip up, as Ibuki pulled him through the corridors of Hope's Peak.

Ibuki suddenly came to a screeching halt, which caused Y/N to bump into the back of her slighty. Ibuki then turned around facing him. "Well you see with the exams coming tomorrow, I need someone's opinion on the music I'm creating, and everyone has gone of to do their own thing." She then threw a fist into the air. "You didn't seem busy, so Ibuki was hoping you could come along."

Y/N adjusted his uniform before speaking. "Well I don't see a problem in watching you play, besides I haven't seen you do a full on performance yet, so I'll join you."
